While the barstools offered do appear to be quality products, 1 Shop 4 U has done nothing to compete with other online barstool retailers. 1 Shop 4 U fails to pay attention to the details. The design is poorly executed and the organization is difficult to follow.
The selection is limited to only barstools and the range of styles is limited. The lack of information is extremely frustrating and will most likely cause customers to not even shop their website. The website seems to be outdated and thrown together. Customer service is no where to be found, which causes customers to lose trust and confidence in 1 Shop 4 U. The language used to separate
the featured barstools is confusing as well. Not everyone knows the material types, so this manner of dealing with their products is confusing and ultimately frustrating to the customers.
