Once the ingredients page is loaded, the banner at the top of the page is wrong, stating Nicotine Craving Relief, we found that very confusing. The 90 return policy is limited to only unopened bottles being refundable, and a $10 restocking fee on each unopened bottle returned. Most of the other companies reviewed, were more lenient on this policy.

We tried calling customer service to ask a few questions and we were directed to the 24/7-customer service online. Once we went to the 24/7 customer care website, we found that we could only be helped if we had already placed an order with them.
