Total Bedroom is a good store to visit when you're looking for beds and bedroom supplies. It has hundreds of beds to choose from, and a large variety of comforters, furniture, and mattresses. However, when it comes to futons, Total Bedroom can't keep up with the higher rated selections.
There are less than two dozen futons to choose from, compared with the hundreds of styles available at the other sites we visited. The only search option that you have available is to narrow your selection by metal futons or wood futons. However, since there are so few futons to choose from, this search option is really unnecessary.
The prices for futons at Total Bedroom are on par with the other sites we reviewed. You can find inexpensive futons for a little over $100, or ones that approach $1,000. Most seem to be in the $300-$500 price range.
The refund policy is a little more restrictive that others we reviewed. If you aren't happy with your order and want to return an item for a refund, you must click a special link on the website within 7 days of delivery. In addition to a 15% restocking fee, you will be charged for both your shipping fees, and their original shipping fees. This seemed a little excessive to us.
In the end, you can find good, quality bedroom supplies at Total Bedroom, but their futon selection is rather sparse. We suggest you first look at one of our higher rated selections, where chance are better that you'll find the futon that you're looking for.
