The return policy only applies to certain packages and must occur before any revisions are made. That means you must instantly know you aren't going to be satisfied with Logo Jeez before the process barely starts. This was a warning flag for us. Also, the website seems to have some outdated information regarding aged specials - another warning for us.

The website boosts 24 hour customer service but we didn't find that was a true statement. The on-line chat was unavailable when we tried and when we called the customer service number on Sunday we had to leave a message. We also found a number of customer complaints at logo blog sites regarding the responsiveness at Logo Jeez. For example, some complained of not hearing back from Logo Jeez contacts for several days and some shady, rude dealings when not satisfied.

While Logo Jeez initially seems like a possible logo design choice, we found the picture wasn't so positive once we looked closer. With customer service concerns and a silly return policy we recommend you select a logo design company much higher on the list.

The overall process of designing your own logo is rather simple:

We attempted several times to build our own logo and while the process is very straightforward we experienced numerous website performance issues. Once we were able to successfully build our own logo we felt that a creative high school student with some clip art could have designed something we liked better.
