While our study showed that some received positive benefits from the i-White process many complaints were centered on the size and comfort of the tray. The tray and light combination make the component difficult to keep in your mouth as well as breathe. If you can't keep the item in for 40 minutes each day your teeth will not whiten to desired results. That is a long time to have to bite down on an item just to keep it in your mouth. Also, for those experiencing breathing problems the 40 minute session was out of the question.
