Travel Visa Pro has been in business since 2003 and offers both visa and passport services, passport insurance and more. Travel Visa has four offices in the US to best meet the needs of their customers. They are able to get the necessary paperwork processed quickly and effectively.
Travel Visa Pro provides an informative website and offers services in all countries requiring this documentation. We liked that each country specific webpage was not over burdened with information that might confuse someone in a hurry.
However, we found their check out process not as clear cut as some companies. The steps include identifying your address, where you're traveling, selecting a few different types of visa options and a limited number of expediting time frames. When the results return you will see a full list of additional options that might be confusing for some customers.
Their fee scale is pretty easy with a standard $39, $79 and $99 charges dependant on the turnaround time frame and country. However, when they say $39 for three plus days you really don't know how many actual days you'll be waiting so don't make assumptions that they are faster or cheaper without looking at the specifics. When we compared countries and providers we found Travel
Visa offers a good value but not in all countries.

Visa HQ is a passport and visa service company providing assistance to US, Canadian,UK, China, Russian and long list of other satisfied citizens. This professional company has been in business since 2003 and is located in Washington DC.
Initially we really liked the look of the website but as we dug into the visa process we felt a little overwhelmed. Visa HQ offers a lot of information on travel requirements but the font size, color, and length of information provided created some confusion. We thought some customers would appreciate all the specifics, despite the hard to read font, but others might feel overwhelmed
and anxious like we did. We were also a little surprised when we browsed the long list of countries they service but couldn't find a couple that we wanted to compare. We weren't sure if those were located elsewhere or simply were countries they don't service.
Visa HQ offers one time frame service in some countries and multiple offerings in others. They state a starting fee of $44.95 for their services which is more expensive than others. When we looked closely to compare we felt Visa HQ was priced higher with the countries we compared.
Visa HQ is a full-service expedited visa provider with a very informative website that might create some confusion for customers. We would have liked to have seen additional turn around time frames for countries where only one was offered. They do provide regular business hours and the representative we spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. If you are in need of a visa
you may consider using the services of Visa HQ but look at their price closely.

Travel Passport Visa Center has been in business for over 20 years and provides a rather non-frivolous, minimally savvy website for their online visa and passport services. They cater to only US citizens traveling abroad but their expertise covers hundreds of countries requiring travel visas.
When selecting the country of choice you'll find a lot of information about the required documentation, specifics for children, regulation information, and some helpful vaccination specifics. After that point the check-out process becomes very confusing. We weren't sure what we were signing up for and what the next steps were. At first we couldn't tell if the application was
completed online, like those companies higher ranked, or would require we send our documentation via Fed Ex.
Unfortunately, Travel Passport Visa Center offers only one turn-around time in some countries and several in others. We found often they were slower and more expensive than those higher ranked across the several countries we compared.
While Travel Passport Visa Center has a lot of experience and are US citizen visa experts we had a tough time finding any good reason to go with their lack luster website, standard, unaccommodating services and expensive pricing. Travel Passport Visa Center would benefit from reducing some of the small print and making their check-out and application process more streamlined and user
friendly.

We Visa is a passport and visa service provider located out of Beverly Hills California. We had a tough time identifying the history and expertise behind We Visa as their website lacked important information.
The We Visa website was very unprofessional and cluttered with irrelevant information. The only plus to We Visa was the link to the US State Department which offered accurate documentation information regarding travel to foreign countries.
We Visa really stood out with the lack of countries they service. At only a couple dozen countries you are limited to where you can travel with We Visa. Some of the more popular travel destinations are available and that must be how We Visa has selected who they'll service.
Maneuvering the website proved to be an instant challenge. With awkward links, multiple clashing colors and strange scroll down bars we were dizzy and frustrated to say the least. No aspect of the process appears to occur online which further reduces the customer friendly nature of this website.
We Visa is proud of their services and charges higher fees as such. They label their services as regular at $79, rush at $99 and emergency at $119. Unfortunately, the respective time frames associated with services is dependent on what country you're traveling to.
If it's not already obvious, we suggest you search much higher on the list of travel visa providers for your visa needs. We Visa offers a very limited, expensive service and a website in need of a major upgrade.

US Visa Processing provides just as their name states - visas for travelers coming into the US. This is a very limited visa provider that is not geared toward properly serving their customer. You might anticipate the website would be designed for those outside the US. Unfortunately, the website is written only in English, the contact information provides one US phone number
where you have to leave a message and await a response. If any additional languages are spoken by the customer service individuals that was not made clear.
As mentioned before, US Visa Processing is not customer friendly. Along with limited visa options they have no immediate customer service team to assist. We feel no client should have to wait 24 hours for a phone or email response especially when you are in a hurry to get a valid visa.
The application process is rather rudimentary as well. You are asked to fill out an online questionnaire that includes your name, passport information, where you reside, your residency, questions regarding your history, and more. Next you pay a flat fee of
$59 that includes the $14 US visa application fee. After 24 hours you'll receive a response to your application. Unfortunately, we couldn't confirm how much additional time you'd have to wait to actually receive the proper visa for entrance into the US. We also couldn't confirm if that fee was refundable if an individual was ineligible for an US visa.
US Visa Processing is a disappointment. We couldn't find any evidence of customer service, their stated turn around guidelines, valuable information or a smooth application process. If you are looking for a visa we recommend you shop with a higher rated company.
