Ricky's Web Templates is a membership fee site. Membership begins at $29.95 for 3 months; $49.95 for six months; or a yearly membership of $69.95 to be considered a Premium Member. Premium membership entitles you access to all templates and graphics on the site plus a user guide which walks you through step-by- step working with the templates.
One unique offering that was not found in any of the sites reviewed, is that Ricky's offers FREE templates for anyone to use. The only stipulation of using the free templates is that you leave the copyright link at the bottom of each page. Users are encouraged to register as a free member. Once registered in one form or another, the real meat and potatoes of the site is revealed.
Customer service is available via email only and you must be a registered user, either premium or free, to access the user guide. However, we found that they were quick to return our questions.

The Dream Template website could use better organization. With the search functionality on the bottom right hand side it makes it challenging to quickly find what you’re looking for. The templates are separated into over 40 categories to further define what you’re looking for but it takes some patience to get through all of them.
Dream Template doesn't stop at website templates; they also offer CSS templates, Flash templates, logo templates, Photoshop web designs, company form designs, newsletter templates and abstract images.
Dream Template offers a 30 day money back guarantee. You will need compatible HTML software to work with the templates and Adobe Photoshop 7.0 to modify the graphics.
Unfortunately, customer

Within the selection, Template World offers website templates, flash website templates, corporate ID's and logos as well as interfaces for websites and icons. From the sample we reviewed,many
were professional and attractive.
Sorting and searching through the thousands of websites quickly is a little challenging with the tools provided by Template World. Available is a long list of categories to choose review and look through. Most categories have several pages of available templates and a nice selection. In each category you are able to preview the template or download to your computer. However, in
order to complete the download process, you must be a member which with the starting price
at $49.95.
Membership grants you unlimited access to all the templates for 6 months which is costlier than others. There are no per template fees once you purchase a membership. One month of free web hosting is included as well as access to monthly updates of new templates.
The templates seem to be easily editable and are compatible with popular HTML software and operating systems. Frequently asked questions are addressed in a casual manner, like your talking to a friend. Template world offers fast, reliable
customer support via email or phone. Snail mail is directed to a postal address in India or a marketing office in Florida. Other helpful features of Template World include live chat, a blog and template guide.
With the nice selection of original website templates we were disappointed that access for 6 months to this service was more expensive than others. However, pleased that they actually had a live person to answer the phone.

search function allows you to search by type, theme, style and color. If you are looking for a certain type of template you can also search by template categories such as CSS templates, full flash, premium templates and low budget just to name a few. The template designs are creative, unique and have a quality appearance at very affordable prices. Most templates are sold for less than $35.99 making 4 Templates an affordable option.
With over 1200 templates to choose from, you would anticipate finding exactly what you're looking for. However, it wasn't that easy. Some of the categories had very limited options to choose from and the options available were lacking uniqueness and quality.
The help section on this website is quite impressive. It is complete with guides and tutorials which take you step by step through common situations when using their products. The FAQ section is equally helpful answering most of your questions. However, if you need additional help, customer service is available via email or phone.
We had some concerns with responsiveness from customer support.
While the site is well organized, super inexpensive and easy to browse we doubt that many will find exactly what they need at 4 Templates as a result of the lack of quality selection.

Design Load looks fun and inviting at the beginning but soon becomes a little overwhelming as you realize the magnitude of information on the homepage. Design Load offers everything from website templates to brochure design and CD Cover templates - 48 product categories to satisfy your every web need.
Unlike competitor sites that categorize the templates by subject or industry, Design Load lumps all their products by type. For instance, Design Load has over 5,000 website templates with Flash features which seem great until you have to flip through them one by one, because there is not a way to narrow the search. The templates themselves are eye pleasing with a wide variety of
pages and designs.
Design Load's standard membership is $49.95 for 12 months. Standard membership includes unlimited access to 28 categories on the site for an entire year. The Premium membership is $99.95 which opens
up unlimited access to all 48 categories on the site.
Updates are added daily and there are no per product fees. Standard HTML software is needed to manipulate the templates. A refund of the membership fee is available within 5 days after the membership is purchased; however, once you download any product a refund is no longer available.
Customer service is available via email or on-line support and we noticed some delays in hearing back from them.
Based on other websites we reviewed, Design Load needs to drastically improve their search functionality - it was a big time waster and created frustration. We also thought many of the categories had too few options to successfully meet the needs of most shoppers. We recommend you select a higher ranked provider to better meet your website template needs.

Deonix Design provides unlimited downloads of over 2000 templates to choose from with daily updates. The home page is divided into 4 main product categories; web design templates, script templates, office templates, and web design elements.
The web design category offers 9 types of templates including Flash, full site templates, psd templates and CSS templates. However, there is no
convenient way to browse the templates. You may either select from a list of category types or browse by keywords. The templates themselves look acceptable but, perhaps, unoriginal. Variety is also lacking compared to those higher ranked.
Membership does have its privileges. Deonix Design offers a 50% discount to ZeusTemplates, a bonus graphics pack and a bonus fonts pack with every subscription. However, the packs seem to be standard on other sites so it doesn't appear to be value added.
A three month subscription fee is $29.95; 6 months is $39.95; and $49.95 for a year membership which includes a 6 month free membership to ZeusTemplates. A two year membership is only $59.95 and includes a year of free hosting from IonisHosting, a free 12 month membership to ZeusTemplates and bonus font and graphics packs.
Customer service seems vary bare. Contact is by email only and no further information such as a phone number or mailing address is listed. Simply fill in the "enquiry" form and "we will reply you as
soon as possible." The FAQ page is equally slim, answering only 8 questions. Tutorials are available by design type which is a nice feature.
All in all, a less professional site with little to no assistance available and only marginal product to deliver.
