Acne Control and the Acne Cleanser are products formulated to effectively yet gently promote healthy, clear skin. These products are designed to clear breakouts, blackheads, and seborrhea. Forces by Nature was founded by Dr. Peter Clapper in 1999 with the intent to create effective all-natural remedies that were void of harsh chemicals often found in prescription and over the counter acne products.

Acne Control and the Acne Cleanser are certified organic and FDA registered. These product are derived of all natural ingredients to heal Acne, and soothe damaged skin. The directions for use include applying 2 to 3 drops of Acne Control to a cotton ball and gently applying to the affected areas up to 3 times per day. Acne Control is formulated from a long list of active ingredients including: French Cupressus Sempervirens, Mediterranean Rosmarinus Verbanone, French Lavandula Super, Himalayan Cymbopogon Martini, Australian Melaleuca Alternifolia, and Madagascar Pelargonium Graveolens.

All of Acne Control's ingredients are listed as 100% organic with the USDA’s organic logo and all of the ingredients used in Acne Control are free of chemicals, pesticides and toxins. The website suggestions that results will vary for each individual and with regular use of their products, an individual can obtain clear skin.

The price of Acne Control is on the lower end of many products reviewed. However, you'll still want to see results. Forces of Nature does offer a one year money-back guarantee that allows customers to try their products risk-free.

We liked that Forces of Nature stands behind their products and they offer an effective yet safe option for relieving acne. If you’re looking for an alternative to harsh and ineffective Acne products, Acne Control and their cleansing product may be worth your consideration.

Cost:

$29.95 for one bottle

$89.95 for four bottles ($22.50 per bottle)

$119.80 for 6 bottles ($20 per bottle)

Actimine is another one of the products in our review that claim to work from the inside out. Actimine is a supplement consisting of all natural ingredients, which are clearly posted on their website. The leading ingredients are vitamin A, selenium, vitamin E and zinc.

There are several reasons people experience acne breakouts, many of them involve hormones, enzymes and immune processes. Actimine is designed to regulate the natural body functions that are responsible for causing acne, by correcting the body's nutrient deficiencies.

The recommended use is 6-12 weeks. After twelve weeks, acne sufferers should notice less oil in their skin and fewer blackheads and whiteheads.

The return policy for Actimine is basic and generous. If not totally satisfied with the product, simply return all empty and unused bottles within 180 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

We were disappointed in the length of time needed in order to start seeing results with Actimine. Three months is a long time to wait in order to see results; most other solutions in our review start showing results after only 1 month (or less). Although inexpensive, there are better solutions available.

Some products are prescription-only, with harsh side effects. Other over-the-counter acne relief can be just as effective, safer, and cost far less.

There are many acne products available for you to choose from. Some are proven to be effective, while others ride a lot of marketing hype. When looking at different acne products, there are certain factors you want to consider.

Some of these include:

  • Cost.  Does the cost of the acne product represent good value for your dollar?
  • Effectiveness.  Does the acne product work as advertised? How long must you undergo the acne relief plan before it's effects are noticeable? Does it prevent acne from reappearing, or just clear up the acne that's already there?
  • Convenience.  Is the acne product applied easily? Is it topical like a cream); internal (like a pill), or both?
