Auto Parts Warehouse

AUTO PARTS WAREHOUSE

Visit Site

Auto Parts warehouse as an extremely broad selection of auto parts offered to the consumer at wholesale prices. The products are shipped from warehouses all over the country to ensure the part you order is delivered quickly to your doorstep. Products include interior and exterior accessories, mirrors, headlights, lighting, brakes, suspension, steering, engine, wheels, tires and much more.

There are a few different ways to search for the product you are looking for. You can either start with your vehicle make and model to narrow the product database to products that only work for your vehicle, if you know the product number you can search with that information, or you can use keywords if you have a rough idea of what you are looking for. We found this website one of the easiest to navigate and easily found the products we were looking for.

Standard ground shipping takes 2-7 business days and bulk orders can take 10-14 business days any order over $50 ships for free (not including tires and wheels). If you need to return the product, you have up to 30-days from the purchase to do so. There is a 20% restocking fee for any product that is returned simply because the consumer did not want it (there was no error on behalf of Auto Parts Warehouse). All returned products must be in the original form to receive the refund. We chatted online with a customer service representative and they were knowledgeable and quick in providing assistance.

The website for Auto Parts Warehouse is one of the most organized and easy to navigate websites of all reviewed. The extensive selection of product, and simple searching capabilities makes this website desirable to use. Outside of the 20% restocking fee we liked what we saw.

PARTS TRAIN

Parts Train has over 1 million products in stock to meet your car needs. Whether you need a new oil filter, an alternator, new brake pads, fuel injector, or engine parts, Parts Train has what you need. Most every basic and performance car product that a consumer would need can be found here. The auto parts offered are not limited to certain makes; they have wide range including Jaguar, Lexus, BMW, Ford, Chevy, Porsche, Volvo and many more.

Free shipping is offered for orders over $50. Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours and are delivered ground, so the consumer will receive them within 2 to 7 business days, which is pretty standard for most websites reviewed. Parts Train stands behind their prices in that they have a Lowest Price Guarantee. If you find a competitor advertising the exact product cheaper there is an online form for you to fill out and they will match or beat the competitors pricing.

There is a 30-day return policy from date of purchase but you will be charged a 20% restocking fee for the product returned. There are a few items that are non-returnable, including service manuals, CD ROMs, special-order products, custom-made products, and auto body parts.

The website is well organized and easy to find what you are looking for. There are a few different ways to search for the product you need, either choosing a keyword or part number search, or searching by your specific vehicle's make, model and year.

We liked the search capabilities and return policy but were less excited about the restocking fee.

Before you purchase your next auto parts online, it's important to consider several factors:

  • Selection.  Does the company offer the auto parts that you're looking for? Do they supply auto parts from several manufactures, or only one?
  • Return Policy.  If you buy the wrong auto parts, or they don't fit, will you be able to return the auto parts and get your money back?
  • Price.  How do the prices of the auto parts compare between competitors?
