Today, a number of online auto parts stores make a concerted effort of getting the best, most cost effective auto parts in your hands, in as short a time as possible.

Online auto parts stores allow you to select from a variety of auto parts brands that you can trust. TopConsumerReviews.com Best-In-Class Blue Ribbon Award Autohaus AZ started as a retail store in Phoenix over 30 years ago, providing local auto repair shops with the auto parts products they needed to take care of the consumer. Since that time they have grown to provide high quality auto parts to hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide.

Autohaus AZ has built their reputation on professional integrity, quality auto parts products, and excellent customer service. They are committed to saving you as much money as possible with prices that are significantly lower than both retail and wholesale prices, up to a 90% discount. Autohaus AZ is committed to treating the consumer with respect.

Autohaus AZ offers free ground shipping on every order over $50. Autohaus AZ works hard with you to help find the correct auto parts for your needs. If for some reason a purchased auto part does need to be returned, there is a consumer-friendly 30-day return policy from the invoice date. The returned product may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The website for Autohaus AZ is very straightforward and easy to find what you are looking for. The search options are extensive and simple to use. One feature that stands out compared to the other auto parts companies reviewed is the "Car Care" section that provides technical tips, auto repair advice, and car care tips from other do-it-yourselfers. They also provide a number of helpful automotive link resources.

Because of their low prices, the easy-to-navigate website, and their commitment to customer service, Autohaus AZ receives our highest rating.

Parts Train has over 1 million products in stock to meet your car needs. Whether you need a new oil filter, an alternator, new brake pads, fuel injector, or engine parts, Parts Train has what you need. Most every basic and performance car product that a consumer would need can be found here. The auto parts offered are not limited to certain makes; they have wide range including Jaguar, Lexus, BMW, Ford, Chevy, Porsche, Volvo and many more.

Free shipping is offered for orders over $50. Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours and are delivered ground, so the consumer will receive them within 2 to 7 business days, which is pretty standard for most websites reviewed. Parts Train stands behind their prices in that they have a Lowest Price Guarantee. If you find a competitor advertising the exact product cheaper there is an online form for you to fill out and they will match or beat the competitors pricing.

There is a 30-day return policy from date of purchase but you will be charged a 20% restocking fee for the product returned. There are a few items that are non-returnable, including service manuals, CD ROMs, special-order products, custom-made products, and auto body parts.

The website is well organized and easy to find what you are looking for. There are a few different ways to search for the product you need, either choosing a keyword or part number search, or searching by your specific vehicle's make, model and year.

We liked the search capabilities and return policy but were less excited about the restocking fee.

Before you purchase your next auto parts online, it's important to consider several factors:

  • Selection.  Does the company offer the auto parts that you're looking for? Do they supply auto parts from several manufactures, or only one?
  • Return Policy.  If you buy the wrong auto parts, or they don't fit, will you be able to return the auto parts and get your money back?
  • Price.  How do the prices of the auto parts compare between competitors?

TopConsumerReviews.com has reviewed and ranked the best auto parts stores available today. We hope these reviews help you find the auto parts you need quickly and easily!
