Do you want more auto parts options for your vehicle repairs? The days of shopping at one or two local auto parts suppliers, seeing only limited quantities and brands, are a thing of the past. Today, a number of online auto parts stores make a concerted effort of getting the best, most cost effective auto parts in your hands, in as short a time as possible.

Online auto parts stores allow you to select from a variety of auto parts brands that you can trust. Also, those people that are familiar with buying after-market auto parts understand that not all manufacturers create the right fit. The need to return auto parts is going to occur once in a while. That's why it's important to shop at an auto parts store that provides a no-hassle auto parts return policy.

TopConsumerReviews.com Best-In-Class Blue Ribbon Award Autohaus AZ started as a retail store in Phoenix over 30 years ago, providing local auto repair shops with the auto parts products they needed to take care of the consumer. Since that time they have grown to provide high quality auto parts to hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide.

Autohaus AZ has built their reputation on professional integrity, quality auto parts products, and excellent customer service. They are committed to saving you as much money as possible with prices that are significantly lower than both retail and wholesale prices, up to a 90% discount. Autohaus AZ is committed to treating the consumer with respect.

Autohaus AZ offers free ground shipping on every order over $50. Autohaus AZ works hard with you to help find the correct auto parts for your needs. If for some reason a purchased auto part does need to be returned, there is a consumer-friendly 30-day return policy from the invoice date. The returned product may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The website for Autohaus AZ is very straightforward and easy to find what you are looking for. The search options are extensive and simple to use. One feature that stands out compared to the other auto parts companies reviewed is the "Car Care" section that provides technical tips, auto repair advice, and car care tips from other do-it-yourselfers. They also provide a number of helpful automotive link resources.

Because of their low prices, the easy-to-navigate website, and their commitment to customer service, Autohaus AZ receives our highest rating.

STREETSIDE AUTO

Street Side Auto has an expert staff and management team that represent years of experience in the specialty automotive aftermarket. This team has relationships with some manufacturers that go back as far as 30 years. These relationships and experience give the consumer the security of knowing they are dealing with real hands-on all-American automotive enthusiasts, who have the answers the consumer needs to help them select the right product for their needs.

Initially the website has an orderly appearance with sharp colors and layout. But the search capabilities left us frustrated. The page that lists the products does not list the prices. To find the prices the consumer must click through to multiple other pages. A very annoying feature that this website has is that every time the consumer clicks on an item to receive more information, a pop-up screen shows up that has the consumer input information about the make, model, etc. of the vehicle that you are looking for the part for to be verified by the consumer. Just to find out the price on a product you must click through many screens, as the pop-up window appears each time you navigate to a different page. This was time consuming and would prevent many from purchasing from this website, as there are many other great options available through other websites reviewed.

Free ground shipping is offered for orders over $50. If the order is deemed an oversized item, free shipping does not apply and a $99 flat rate is assessed to the order, no matter how large the shipment is. If a tire is ordered, a $25 fee per tire is assessed for shipping with the maximum fee of $99. Auto parts may be returned up to 60-days from date of purchase. All items must in original condition to be returned and will be assessed a $10 restocking fee. There are a few products that are not returnable, please check out the website for the extensive list of products. Most auto parts are warranted by the manufacturer, usually for 90 days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise.

Unfortunately, this poorly built website takes away from any positives in return policy or selection. We believe that most would be too frustrated to complete their purchase.

Before you purchase your next auto parts online, it's important to consider several factors:

  • Selection.  Does the company offer the auto parts that you're looking for? Do they supply auto parts from several manufactures, or only one?
  • Return Policy.  If you buy the wrong auto parts, or they don't fit, will you be able to return the auto parts and get your money back?
  • Price.  How do the prices of the auto parts compare between competitors?

TopConsumerReviews.com has reviewed and ranked the best auto parts stores available today. We hope these reviews help you find the auto parts you need quickly and easily!
