Today, a number of online auto parts stores make a concerted effort of getting the best, most cost effective auto parts in your hands, in as short a time as possible.

Online auto parts stores allow you to select from a variety of auto parts brands that you can trust. CAR PARTS

Visit Site

Car Parts is a simple name and its website design is equally as plain. It is a no frills, straight forward website design that lets you quickly search for the car part(s) you're looking for. This site is designed for those who know what they want and want to get it ordered fast.

Car Parts has an amazingly deep inventory including hard to find and brand name car parts, accessories, kits, repair manuals and cleaning materials. Numerous searches returned back the inquired items and many items had extremely deep discounts. In fact Car Parts states on his website that if shoppers find the same manufactured part from another store that's cheaper they will beat or match that price.

Car Parts boasts 24/7 customer support by phone or chat. Their return and exchange policy is extensive but the general terms include 30 days for all car part returns minus 10% restocking and shopping charges. It is recommended that customers familiarize themselves with Car Parts's return policies before their purchase.

Car Parts doesn't seem to have a deep web presence though many deals and rebates for Car Parts were tweeted by others on Twitter. Reviews were mainly positive but there are several very detailed complaints. Despite this we wouldn't let this deter buyers from getting a great deal on parts. With 24 hour customer support seven days a week Car Parts seems poised to ensure customers are satisfied.

PARTS TRAIN

Visit Site

Parts Train has over 1 million products in stock to meet your car needs. Whether you need a new oil filter, an alternator, new brake pads, fuel injector, or engine parts, Parts Train has what you need. Most every basic and performance car product that a consumer would need can be found here. The auto parts offered are not limited to certain makes; they have wide range including Jaguar, Lexus, BMW, Ford, Chevy, Porsche, Volvo and many more.

Free shipping is offered for orders over $50. Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours and are delivered ground, so the consumer will receive them within 2 to 7 business days, which is pretty standard for most websites reviewed. Parts Train stands behind their prices in that they have a Lowest Price Guarantee. If you find a competitor advertising the exact product cheaper there is an online form for you to fill out and they will match or beat the competitors pricing.

There is a 30-day return policy from date of purchase but you will be charged a 20% restocking fee for the product returned. There are a few items that are non-returnable, including service manuals, CD ROMs, special-order products, custom-made products, and auto body parts.

The website is well organized and easy to find what you are looking for. There are a few different ways to search for the product you need, either choosing a keyword or part number search, or searching by your specific vehicle's make, model and year.

We liked the search capabilities and return policy but were less excited about the restocking fee.

Continued from above

Before you purchase your next auto parts online, it's important to consider several factors:

  • Selection.  Does the company offer the auto parts that you're looking for? Do they supply auto parts from several manufactures, or only one?
  • Return Policy.  If you buy the wrong auto parts, or they don't fit, will you be able to return the auto parts and get your money back?
  • Price.  How do the prices of the auto parts compare between competitors?

TopConsumerReviews.com has reviewed and ranked the best auto parts stores available today. We hope these reviews help you find the auto parts you need quickly and easily!
