Auto Parts Stores
Where is the best place to buy auto parts? Regardless of how old or new your vehicle is, we all experience the frustrations of having to maintain and make repairs. This might mean changing the oil, replacing the brakes, or even something much more complicated like a transmission.
Advance Auto Parts is an industry leader when it comes to auto parts selection and purchasing. They carry a huge selection of auto parts that can easily be found through slick search functions on their website. Their convenient delivery and in-store pickup options make obtaining auto parts a breeze. Their fair pricing and generous return policy make Advance Auto Parts the best option for online auto part shopping.
Authohauz AZ is based out of Phoenix, Arizona. They provide auto parts for luxury European cars as well as domestic models. Customers are overall satisfied with their services due to a wide selection of auto parts, fast shipping, discounted pricing, and friendly customer service. Autohauz AZ is a great option for auto part purchases.
With over 6,000 brick and mortar locations, AutoZone is a great choice for customers wanting to easily shop online and receive their parts the same day by picking them up at a nearby location. AutoZone has an organized, easy-to-use website with thousands of options for auto parts. Some customers report some frustrating experiences with customer service, but overall AutoZone is a good place to find the vehicle parts you need.
Pep Boys has been in business for almost 100 years. With over 920 brick-and-mortar locations for in-store pickup, it is safe to say that they know the car parts industry. They were acquired by Icahn Automotive Group LLC in 2016, but continue to operate under the name "Pep Boys." The main customer complaints received by Pep Boys are about their in-store and over-the-phone customer service representatives, but as far as online orders go, there are few complaints.
Buy Auto Parts is an online-only retailer that offers competitive pricing on their auto parts. With their price match guarantee, the cost to buy from Buy Auto Parts is hard to beat. Customer service is available to help customers find parts faster and answer questions about the specific parts they may need, though some reports from customers say it takes a long time to reach them. For inexpensive pricing, Buy Auto Parts is at least a good place to check for the item you need.
JC Whitney has been supplying customers with auto parts for over 100 years. Their veteran status as an auto part supplier provides customers with the expertise to find products that fit their needs. JC Whitney stocks over 1.2 million parts, so you don't need to worry about hitting a dead end when searching for items here. You may, however, need to worry about long shipping times and poor experiences with customer service based off of feedback from people who have shopped at JC Whitney.
Get All Parts blends in with the crowd as far as auto part suppliers go. They receive an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, but don't have a lot of customer feedback to let us know what kind of online shopping experience they typically provide. They only sell aftermarket items, not OEM parts. You'll find fair pricing here as well as a 60-day return policy, but Get All Parts has a smaller inventory selection than some of their competitors.
Auto Barn has been in the car parts industry for over 60 years. They are family owned and focus on providing superior service and inventory to their customers. Auto Barn receives polarizing feedback from customers who are either extremely satisfied with their service, or frustrated and disappointed. Auto Barn is a good option as far as part selection and pricing, but might become a pain to work with if you end up needing to return anything.
Auto Parts Warehouse shows no shortage of product assortment for sale on their website. At first glance, they would seem like a great company to buy auto parts from, but with a bit of digging it turns out that many customers regret purchasing from Auto Parts Warehouse. There are frequently reported issues with them sending out wrong orders, making it difficult to get refunds, and having poor customer service.
Car Parts seems to carry a selection of parts to fit most vehicles from the inside out. Their pricing is reasonable and online shopping experience is fairly easy. However, waves of feedback from customers about receiving wrong parts and issues with misleading product descriptions land Car Parts on the lower end of our ratings for auto part suppliers.
When you browse through Parts Geek's website, you will mostly find unappealing, text heavy pages that are much more difficult to sort through than most of their competitor's sites. Although they do offer a selection of OEM and after-market auto parts, their inventory is not as robust as other auto part retailers we have seen. Their difficult return policy and unwillingness to do exchanges makes Parts Geek the last place we would suggest buying auto parts from.
