TopConsumerReviews.com Best-In-Class Blue Ribbon Award Wayfair is a great place to buy your next baby crib. First off, Wayfair is a well-known online store, offering a huge selection of products. With a sound reputation and over 15 years of experience, it's no surprise that they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

The site is professional and polished, with features that make shopping easy. When it comes to baby cribs, you'll find a range of brand names, including the following:

  • DaVinci
  • Delta Children
  • Sorelle
  • Dream on Me

All told, Wayfair offers over 400 baby cribs for you to choose from. While this sounds like an exhausting number to look through, Wayfair actually makes it easy to find just the baby crib that you're looking for. They do this by providing a wealth of search filters to narrow down your selection. These include:

  • Crib type
  • Finish
  • Price range
  • Brand
  • Customer rating
  • Style
  • Material
  • Features, such as measurements

Under each baby crib in your search results, you'll find a star ranking. This is very useful and leads to hands-on reviews from customers who have experience with each particular baby crib.

Regarding customer service, we found over 2,000 positive reviews praising Wayfair's award-winning customer service team. Moreover, Wayfair has earned other top honrs, including an award for Internet Retailer of the Year and the Stevie Award for the best customer service department. If you're a new customer to Wayfair, you should be able to rest at ease, knowing that you will be treated with respect and receive your orders in a timely fashion.

Overall, Wayfair sets the standard when it comes to buying a baby crib. The site is user-friendly and easy to navigate, with a large selection of baby cribs to choose from. Prices are very competitive, and their customer service team is top notch. Wayfair earns 5 stars and our recommendation as the best baby crib store available today.

Cost:

Prices start at $260

Return Policy:

30-day policy for unused items

The Baby Cubby offers "the best of everything baby", from gear to clothes and more. Their goal is to help parents feel special and supported every step of the way, and to provide a shopping experience that is fun, relaxing, and helpful.

Baby Cubby has an extremely small selection of cribs: three brands and five total models to choose from, ranging in price from $260 to $829. If you'd like to save some money, keep an eye out for any pop-ups that appear on the screen: at the time of our review, there was an offer of a 10% discount for signing up for the Baby Cubby email newsletter. And, if one of the five cribs they offer is being sold at a lower price somewhere else, you can request a price match either before or after you place your order on Baby Cubby.

Baby Cubby's return policy is average: unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number obtained by calling the customer service number.

We found several typos on the Baby Cubby site, leading us to wonder about the professionalism of the business. For example, the return policy page references Seven Seas Aquariums - which has nothing to do with baby products. That page, along with a few others, also had missing words and punctuation as if it had been copied and pasted from another website. Also, the phone number listed for Baby Cubby's customer service was tied to a pet store and fishing nets business in Utah, further leaving us with questions as to the reputability of the retailer.

On a more positive note, however, the comments on the Baby Cubby Facebook page are extremely satisfied with both the Baby Cubby website and their retail location (which does happen to be in Utah); shoppers praise their customer service, variety of baby products, and overall shopping experience.

When it comes to baby cribs, most customers are likely to find what they're looking for with one of the better-stocked retailers in our review. In the future, we'd love to see Baby Cubby offer a wider range of cribs in both brand and price, and to fix some of the question marks with respect to their website.
