InvisiClean is a company that designs and manufactures home appliances, particularly focusing on air purifiers and cleaning devices. Shopping experience has improved

The last time we reviewed InvisiClean, our concerns included their lack of posted information about warranties or returns. We also noted that customers couldn't compare products side-by-side. It seems InvisiClean has taken our comments into account, as all of these issues have been resolved. The warranty can now be found in the product listing, there's a dedicated page for shipping and returns, and customers have the ability to select products for direct comparison. Personal air purifier for under $50

They feature multiple cleaning stages, typically including HEPA filtration, carbon or charcoal filters, and sometimes features like ionizers or UV-C light. They're compact and portable, so you can move them easily between rooms. They offer multiple fan speeds, usually including Low, Medium, and High settings, with some models also featuring a Turbo mode. Most models include a sleep mode that turns off all lights for complete darkness during operation, and a timer function to automatically turn off the purifier after a set period. InvisiClean air purifiers are independently tested and approved for safety and performance, with certifications from Intertek/ETL, CARB, CE, and UL-867.

You can save money on replacement filters for InvisiClean air purifiers. The filters cost between $34 and $44, which is already a good deal. But you can save even more by signing up for their automatic delivery service. Here's how it works: You choose how often you want new filters delivered, and InvisiClean will automatically send them to you. This way, you'll never forget to change your filters. For example, if you have allergies and use your air purifier daily in your bedroom, you might set up deliveries every three months. Or if you only use it occasionally in your living room, you could schedule deliveries every six months. You're not locked into anything - you can cancel or change your plan anytime online. Plus, you'll get up to 20% off your order. That's a great deal compared to most companies that only offer 10% off.

30 days for returns

InvisiClean allows you to return unused, unopened, or defective items within 30 days of receiving them - which apparently means if you simply dislike the product, you're out of luck. If you return your air purifier in a different condition than you received it in, you might have to pay a 15% restocking fee. Before sending anything back, you also need to contact InvisiClean for authorization. As with most of the air purifiers companies in our review, you'll have to pay for the return shipping yourself. Once InvisiClean receives your return, it may take 10 to 14 days for them to process it.

1-year warranty on most air purifiers

All InvisiClean air purifiers except the Personal Mini come with a 1-year warranty from the date you buy them. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. If something goes wrong, InvisiClean will fix or replace defective parts for free. To use the warranty, you need to keep your original sales receipt. The warranty doesn't cover damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. It only applies to products used with genuine InvisiClean accessories and bought from authorized sellers. If you need warranty service, you'll have to send the whole machine to InvisiClean, along with details about the problem, your purchase information, and your contact details.

Not many customer reviews

InvisiClean's air purifiers have limited reviews on their official website. The most-reviewed product had only 17 reviews, with most being several years old. We couldn't find a Better Business Bureau or Trustpilot listing for the company. While popular third-party online retailers display thousands of reviews on a few InvisiClean air purifiers, we're cautious about trusting these - such reviews are notorious for potentially being paid endorsements. Also, these reviews wouldn't reflect customer support experiences with InvisiClean directly, since returns and similar interactions typically go through the retailer.

Can't rate highly without reliable reviews

InvisiClean seems to manufacture straightforward yet feature-rich air purifiers. While they might not win any beauty contests, they should get the job done. However, without reliable third-party reviews, it's hard to give any company our full recommendation. That lands InvisiClean a "room to grow” rating.
