30-day return policy

If you buy an air purifier from Levoit, you have 30 days to return it if you're not satisfied, even if it's used. You'll need to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Levoit support before sending it back. Make sure to return the purifier in its original packaging with all accessories. Levoit will email you a pre-paid shipping label to print and attach to the box along with the RMA slip. Once Levoit receives the returned item, they'll process your refund within 30 days. Just so you know, if you bought the purifier from another retailer, you'll need to follow their return policy instead: Levoit won't accept your return.

2-year warranty

Your Levoit air purifier comes with a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, as long as you've used the product according to its instructions.
