30-day return policy

You'll need to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Levoit support before sending it back. Make sure to return the purifier in its original packaging with all accessories. Levoit will email you a pre-paid shipping label to print and attach to the box along with the RMA slip. Once Levoit receives the returned item, they'll process your refund within 30 days.
