Xyzal is one of the newest over-the-counter Allergy Relief products on the market, offering 24-hour relief of itchy nose and throat, watery eyes, sneezing and runny nose - whether those are due to seasonal allergies, pets, or other causes.

Good alternative

The active ingredient in Xyzal is Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride (5 mg). If you've tried Allergy Relief products that contain the commonly-used ingredients loratadine or diphenhydramine HCl but your allergic reactions still aren't under control, it might be a great time to try a new approach with a different medication. Because no two bodies respond the same to allergy products, the unique formula of Xyzal could be the key to alleviating your symptoms once and for all.

Fast acting allergy relief

This product claims to start working faster than almost anything else available today, with symptoms under control within an hour and with consistent relief throughout the course of the 24-hour period after taking the tablet. There's no clear return policy or satisfaction guarantee when buying Xyzal. The companies responsible for the product, Chattem Inc. and Sanofi, both have a good reputation, so we feel comfortable in assuming that customers have the ability to get a refund if the product doesn't work as promised.

But, one other thing we discovered while looking for Xyzal's refund policy is that the origin of the medication may vary. While product images on the online store showed Switzerland, some customers posted photos of their packages that indicated other countries of origin (like India). That probably doesn't matter to most customers but it's something to keep in mind.
