If you find defects in your furniture, it is protected for replacement or repair by the Countryside Guarantee; however, this guarantee does not cover shipping costs for your replacement if you need one. Further, the warranty will not apply if you don't maintain exactly 35%-45% humidity in your home.

Countryside Amish Furniture has an impressive "A+" rating and accreditation from the Better Business Bureau. However, like many Amish furniture stores in our review, finding third-party reviews for this retailer is a little difficult. Countryside Amish Furniture is not reviewed on trusted sites like Trustpilot or Sitejabber. While there are a few reviews (just 3) on Yelp, and a few more (4) on Houzz, this doesn't give us a totally clear idea of how many people actually shop with Countryside Amish Furniture. Between the two sites, the overall rating for this retailer is 4.5 stars, but there are some complaints that drawers did not line up, and screws for shelves missing the supports in the wood, causing pieces to be loose or warped. While only a few reviews mentioned serious issues with construction, these were also the most recent reviews for this store.

Simply Amish has all the staples of Amish furniture, including dining room pieces, bedroom pieces, complete living room sets, office furniture, and a collection of outdoor must-haves. This store also has a collection of "express" or quick-ship items, if you want something that doesn't require a lot of custom work, and you need your furniture pronto; however, as we'll explain later, it's more difficult to actually buy the items at Simply Amish. There are over 1,000 items in the dining section and bedroom sections, overall, but it is a smaller inventory than some competitors.
No pricing transparency on the website
For our Amish furniture price comparison across different retailers, we usually looked at the cost of individual pieces like bookshelves and coffee tables as well as pricing on furnishing a full room. However, for all items at Simply Amish, you can't see any pricing. Instead, you have to apply to receive a quote. We tried to do this for several items in our price comparison and did not hear back from Simply Amish within 1 business day.
Lifetime Guarantee for normal wear and tear
Simply Amish leaves you with a similar problem regarding shipping fees. The fees aren't listed and will depend on which local shipping service Simply Amish uses to send your Amish furniture over to you. Shipping costs will be provided at the time you receive your quote. While Simply Amish generally doesn't accept returns of any kind due to everything being made-to-order, the company does offer a Lifetime Guarantee. If your furniture fails during normal household use in the lifetime of the original owner, Simply Amish will replace or repair the item for free. There are a few exceptions, though, which limit the use case of the lifetime warranty. For example, finish color, fabric, and leather are only warrantied for one year. Moving parts in wall beds, desk chairs, and recliners are warrantied for three years.
Mixed reviews about quality
Simply Amish currently has an "A+" rating from the Better Business Bureau. The 5-star reviews praised the quality and the fact that the prices (for those who received quotes) didn't break the bank when compared to most Amish furniture stores. On the other hand, the 1-star reviews tell a different story. Simply Amish received criticism for extremely long fabrication and shipping times, and when items were delivered many had signs of wear and stains. Others say that the finish wasn't even, and the wood wasn't sanded down properly on several items.
