On the bright side, Cabinfield only requires a 25% deposit at the time that you place your order for indoor furniture unless you purchase a custom item, and then the deposit is 50%.

No discounts available

One place that Cabinfield fell behind was its discounts. During our research into the site, we couldn't find any mentions of discounts or promotions. While this doesn't deeply impact the final price, it was disappointing when comparing Cabinfield to its competitors who usually offer some kind of discount, even if it's a short-term promo.

Limited cancelation and no returns

If it turns out you're not happy with your item, you do have the option to cancel with Cabinfield. For "Standard Orders," (those without custom items) you have one day to cancel without any fuss or fees. If you want to cancel after two days, you'll have to pay the credit card fees. Finally, after three days, you will lose 15% of the order's total value along with any related credit card charges and fees. On top of that, Cabinfield only offers returns if there is an error in manufacturing or damage from shipping. Otherwise, the furniture is yours no matter what.
