Now, this is a limited inventory, because it truly only offers parts for European cars (so American brands like Ford or Honda or Japanese brands like Toyota or Nissan won't be served here). Autohaus AZ offers OEM parts for these vehicle brands at wholesale prices, so you can get exactly what your fine German, Swedish, or British cars were originally built with.
Focus on parts rather than tools
The inventory at Autohaus AZ is almost all OEM, so you can trust that the parts are meant to go in your specific car. However, inventory is a little more limited by the nature of the website. But, as a bonus, you can get specialty tools (like ball joint pullers for German cars) that you might struggle to find at less specialized websites. For most auto parts stores, our test vehicle is a standard Toyota Camry from 2025. However, that vehicle isn't served by Autohaus AZ, so we tried to find a similar small vehicle to compare. We looked at the 2025 Volvo S60 T8 Core with a 2.0L engine. Generally, we also look at a regular maintenance item (motor oil), a maintenance item that requires more work (brake pads), a more complex repair (shocks), and a tool set (socket wrench set 20-40 pcs). On the other hand, as Autohaus AZ did not have motor oil or a socket set, we couldn't consider those for our price comparison at this retailer. Here's what we did find at Autohaus AZ:
30-day returns with fees
Autohaus AZ did not offer any deals for free shipping at the time of our review. As for returns, you have 30 days to replace a part you've purchased or request a refund. There will be a minimum return fee of $14.99 if you are returning something due to your own error. You may be charged for the shipping costs in addition to the $14.99 fee. Autohaus AZ says this is "depending on the type of return," but does not elaborate on specifics.
Not many positive reviews
Autohaus AZ, regrettably, has a pretty terrible reputation. This auto parts store currently holds a "D-" rating from the Better Business Bureau. On top of that, it has a 2.2-star average rating out of 5 on Trustpilot. The most recent reviews for Autohaus AZ within the last two months are 1-star ratings. One feels that Autohaus AZ is a "scam" site that will take your money without giving you parts. Others note that customer service is "non-existent" and that shipments can take ages.
