Target is one of the most reliable places to shop online since their prices are hard to beat, delivery is quick, and they make returns a breeze. When you find a stroller you like at Target, you'll have 90 days before deciding if you want to keep it or not (as long as it's in new, unused condition). There are over 280 strollers to choose from, many of them coming in multiple colors with a huge range of accessories you could tack on. Target has an "A” rating from the Better Business Bureau and provides customers everything they need to have a great shopping experience, so they're our favorite store for buying baby strollers.

Ashley is a well-known furniture store that sells everything from beds to rugs and organizational items. They operate globally with over 1,000 brick-and-mortar stores. Ashley has a "Kids & Baby” branch of their company that mostly sells furniture for nurseries, but also has a tiny selection of 9 baby strollers. The strollers are all highly-rated and made by name-brand companies. If you don't use your stroller after purchasing it, but decide to return it, you can do so within 30 days. Ashley is a great store for furniture, but they've earned one of our lower ratings simply because it isn't going to be the best place to get a good selection of strollers to choose from.
