When you find a stroller you like at Target, you'll have 90 days before deciding if you want to keep it or not (as long as it's in new, unused condition). There are over 280 strollers to choose from, many of them coming in multiple colors with a huge range of accessories you could tack on. Target has an "A” rating from the Better Business Bureau and provides customers everything they need to have a great shopping experience, so they're our favorite store for buying baby strollers.
Macy's
Macy's has a wide inventory of a lot of items, and surprisingly, strollers are one of them. They have over 100 great options for strollers from popular brands, all reasonably priced. Macy's has unfiltered reviews on their products, which makes it a reliable place to shop. We like that they offer free shipping over $49 and have a lot of locations for people to utilize free in-store returns if they need them. Macy's has an "A+” rating from the Better Business Bureau and good reviews on their strollers, so they've earned a high rating from us.

They have a fantastic selection of strollers that fit everyone's budget and needs. We like that there are unfiltered customer reviews on these strollers, so we suggest that customers read through them. Buy Buy Baby has a price-match guarantee and a 60-day return policy, which is generous. Besides some issues with their customer service, we don't see any reason not to give their inventory a look. We like Buy Buy Baby's stroller selection and think you will too.

Albee Baby has a long history in the baby gear business. They are home to hundreds of strollers from name brands you see on the street every day. We wish Albee Baby had a more user-friendly website where you can narrow down the options better and browse by price. Otherwise, this is a well-liked company with an "A” rating from the Better Business Bureau and hundreds of positive reviews from customers. You have a 60-day return policy to fall back on here in case you have buyer's remorse and want to switch out the stroller you purchase for a different one. Overall, Albee Baby is a solid company and we have no reservations about buying a baby stroller here.

For people wanting a good stroller, car seat, or wagon combo without paying an arm and a leg, there's no doubt you'll find at least a few great options from Walmart. They offer free shipping on overs over $35 and free 30- to 90-day returns, depending on the stroller brand. The Better Business Bureau gives Walmart an "A+” rating, and Walmart also publishes reliable, unfiltered reviews from buyers for all their strollers. Walmart is a solid option if you want a big selection of baby strollers at small prices.

Ashley is a well-known furniture store that sells everything from beds to rugs and organizational items. They operate globally with over 1,000 brick-and-mortar stores. Ashley has a "Kids & Baby” branch of their company that mostly sells furniture for nurseries, but also has a tiny selection of 9 baby strollers. The strollers are all highly-rated and made by name-brand companies. If you don't use your stroller after purchasing it, but decide to return it, you can do so within 30 days. Ashley is a great store for furniture, but they've earned one of our lower ratings simply because it isn't going to be the best place to get a good selection of strollers to choose from.
Bed Bath & Beyond
Bed Bath & Beyond was once a go-to place for people looking for furniture, homegoods, electronics, and baby gear. Since their bankruptcy in 2023, they've had a rough go and are working to re-establish themselves as a trustworthy, reliable place to shop. Their stroller selection only has 43 options, most of which come in a single color and range from $179.99 to $899.99. Bed Bath & Beyond has a standard 30-day return policy on new items, but many people complain that returns are expensive and a pain to get taken care of. There are an unfortunate amount of complaints against this business, so at this time it's definitely not somewhere we'd suggest you search for a baby stroller.
Evenflo
Evenflo is a well-recognized baby brand name. That's why it was so surprising to find that all of their product categories have so few items. There are only 5 strollers in stock for customers to choose from, some single strollers and others wagons. The customer reviews on these are mostly incentivized, leaving them slightly less helpful than they otherwise would be. Evenflo has a "B” rating from the Better Business Bureau and lots of customer complaints about how difficult it is to reach customer service for returns. Because of this, we've given them a really low rating among baby stroller stores.
