Try At Home program

You can order up to 3 dresses for $25 per gown and keep the dresses for 3 calendar days from the delivery date. Made-to-order dresses

Each dress is made-to-order through COCOMELODY, so it takes 3-4 weeks to make bridesmaid dresses from the time you place an order. On top of this, standard shipping takes 5-8 days, so you need to give yourself plenty of leeway to make sure your dresses arrive on time. Shipping costs depend on your location and what you're ordering, but you should expect to pay around $16 for standard shipping in the United States.

Short refund window

If you need to return your bridesmaid dress, a return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving it. Full refunds will be issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what the customer ordered. For dresses you change your mind about, you'll receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Customized orders cannot be returned at all.

Good option

We were surprised and disappointed to see that COCOMELODY has an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau. The reason for this is that they have never responded to the 10 formal complaints customers have submitted about them. On the flip side, customer reviews elsewhere are good overall and people say their dresses fit perfectly and are of high quality. This isn't our first choice for bridesmaid dresses and nothing about the company stands out wildly above the rest. But, it's a good option if you want made-to-order bridesmaid dresses that allow you to try them on beforehand and order color and material swatches ahead of time too. This company has earned an average rating from us.
