We were shocked to find that Cabela's has an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau. This is primarily because they've had multiple complaints filed against the business that they haven't responded to. We hoped this wasn't necessarily reflective of their overall business, but found hundreds of customer complaints essentially describing the online ordering process as a "nightmare." EEK! With better options for online shopping, buying camping gear at Cabela's might not be worth the risk.
