Site feels cluttered
Shopping on +PlusCBD isn't the easiest, unfortunately. Despite the UI trying to look modern and updated, everything reads as a bit too large. It's hard to scan pages, and you have to do a lot of scrolling to find what you need. In some places, the design looks like it's cut off by a standard-size browser window. On top of that, there's not actually a lot of information being shared. Most of the main page is photos. However, you can choose to shop by CBD product style or by what concern you're hoping to address with your CBD products, so you can at least get started browsing without digging through the lengthy homepage.
Product range is competitive
You can find most of the popular CBD products on +PlusCBD. The company has gummies, oils, topical balms and ointments, and soft gel capsules, with options that have just CBD or CBD and THC in them. If you're interested in the benefits, +PlusCBD offers products that address sleep, stress, pain (including arthritis), and pet concerns.

Could be more clear about the testing protocols
While +PlusCBD has a lot of details on its "About” page regarding CBD advocacy, we struggled to find details about third-party laboratory testing or test results. If you scroll all the way to the bottom, you'll finally find a section called "Certificates of Analysis” where you can check out all of the information for each product, it was harder to find on +PlusCBD than on other websites. However, you can rest assured that each product does have a nutrition label on the listing, so you can see exactly what's in each product at a glance.
Ongoing perks and limited-time promos
+PlusCBD offers a range of limited-time promotions as well as long-term savings. For the short-term options, we saw two different active promos at the time of our review. +PlusCBD was offering two different buy-one-get-one 50% off deals with two separate promo codes. We're not sure how long this promotion runs, but you can check in from time to time to look for extra savings. +PlusCBD also offers a 25% discount on your first order when you sign up for the email list and free shipping on orders over $45, which means almost all orders don't cost anything for shipping.
Limited 90-day refund policy is confusing
The refund policy is somewhat limited. While +PlusCBD offers a 90-day return policy for a full refund, this only applies to certain products. You can return any +PlusCBD CV, Immunity, and Happy Lane products. But, after digging through the site, we were unable to find any products under those names. Even doing a search with +PlusCBD's search feature turned up nothing for CV or Immunity products. When we searched for the Happy Lane products, it showed us the THC-free "Daily Balance” gummies, soft gels, and roll-on options. But, again, none of these say Happy Lane. So, you may need to check with customer service before ordering if having a solid return policy is a deciding factor in your purchase.
Customers love the quality
While +PlusCBD doesn't have any presence on the Better Business Bureau under its own name, we did find a rating for its parent company: CV Sciences. While it's not the most impressive, the "B-” rating is better than many CBD product companies out there. On Trustpilot, +PlusCBD has a solid 4.5-star average with over 4,000 individual reviews to back up its reputation. Customers particularly praise the CBD oil from +PlusCBD, noting that they found it effective for a variety of uses. Review after review praises the high quality of the products. So, while the return policy is a little shaky, customers are saying they don't need to return CBD products here, which is a huge plus.
