Lucent states that in order to have the best results, you need to use the cream three to four times daily. This is a lot of product to use each day. Lucent also encourages you to massage the cellulite cream into your skin for a few minutes for circulation and to allow it to be truly absorbed in the skin.
The fine print in the returns policy is unimpressive
If you purchased your merchandise through a special offer like "Buy Three, Get Three Free," all items must be returned in order to receive a refund. If you return a partial amount of merchandise, you will forfeit the free product and receive a refund on the discount price per item based on the total purchase. If you have opened or used the item, then it is non-refundable. Shipping and handling are not refundable, and there is a $10 restocking fee for returns per item. This is more trouble than it's worth. Although this doesn't affect the actual quality of the product, it is still pretty chilling and is enough for us to be unable to recommend this as a solution for reducing the appearance of cellulite.

Enaskin's Lift and Firm Booty Mask promises that you can achieve a "perky bum" with their cellulite fighting formula. Enaskin claims that using their mask will tighten and lift skin with a mix of collagen and caffeine while at the same time moisturizing with avocado oil and hyaluronic acid. Not only does the mask claim to moisturize and tighten, the glycolic acid in the mask claims to exfoliate the skin. The company is owned by Enesa Kastat and is listed on LinkedIn as being based in Indiana.
Difficult to find out anything clear on the company
The Enaskin website is seemingly intentionally vague about company details and has several iterations of Facebook pages. The first one, created in January of 2022, places the home of Enaskin as headquartered in "New City, New York, USA" (which doesn't exist), but the CEO's LinkedIn account mentions the company is headquartered in Indiana. The most recent Facebook pages, created in August of 2022, mention that the company is headquartered instead in Washington, D.C., at the address of Carr Workplaces shared office spaces, leading us to believe it does not have a strong presence in the United States. One of the company's official Instagram accounts is listed as being headquartered in the Philippines. All of Enaskin's products are made in China.
Burning sensation comes from chemicals
Enaskin is not organic and has a very long ingredient list that includes a combination of caprylic/capric triglyceride and vanillyl butyl ether, which work together to create a burning sensation or warming effect. Enaskin's description misleads customers to believe this burning sensation is what proves the product is working to reduce visible cellulite, but in reality, vanillyl butyl ether is commonly used in products designed to relieve muscle pain or discomfort and can cause irritation to sensitive skin.
Complaints of a non-working phone number and chat not functioning
Customers have complained that the phone number does not work, and we found that the chat wasn't functioning when we tried to ask questions about the Lift and Firm Booty Mask on the company's website. There doesn't appear to be an easy way to contact Enaskin's customer service.
Misleading marketing tactics
One problem we found with the Enaskin Lift and Firm Booty Mask is the marketing tactics are designed to bring people who are searching for "bum bum cream" to this result, which is not "Bum Bum cream" at all.
