Zero refund policy
Regrettably, there isn't a particularly helpful refund guarantee or customer support here. The refund policy at Jazzy Cheesecakes states that the company "takes great pride” in all its products. We asked in their company chat if there was any other form of recourse for order issues (like a wrong flavor or bad cheesecake), but never heard back.
