Mikasa is one of the most affordable brands of china dinnerware, making it possible to buy service for 12 or more - for what you might pay for a single place setting with the most expensive retailers! The store offers a 90-day no-hassle refund policy, but unfortunately doesn't seem to be doing the best job of honoring it when shoppers try to get help. Mikasa china is good, but their customer service could use an upgrade.
