We like what we see here, but customer reviews about Harry & David have become mixed, with some people claiming their gift baskets never arrive or are poor quality when they do. The hundreds of frustrated ratings we saw have made us hesitant to give this company more than an average score.

Lindt is one of the most famous brands of chocolate, so it's likely one you recognize. They're famous for their different flavors of chocolate bars and their smooth LINDOR chocolate balls filled with a creamy inside. When we were shopping here, there were only 6 gift baskets in stock, some of which were holiday-themed, so we didn't feel like we had a lot of choices. Our biggest hangup with Lindt is how many complaints they've received from customers who shopped online and felt that their deliveries were unreliable and customer service was a pain to work with. Because of this, they've earned one of our lowest ratings among chocolate gift basket retailers.
