For most people, putting up the Christmas tree and decorating it each year is a big event. Some people string popcorn or berries around the tree and hang ribbon, tinsel, or garland. Others hang bright, sparkly lights of all colors. However, the most meaningful decorations on a Christmas tree are the ornaments. They are what differentiate one's Christmas tree from all the rest and can tell a family story.
Many people choose to have all of their Christmas ornaments color-coordinated or stick to a theme like snowmen, Disney, animals, or something else they love. There are usually a few handmade ornaments made by children and loved ones that are given as gifts. Sometimes families treasure antique ornaments that have been handed down for generations. Each ornament means something to the person who owns it and together they make a statement about your style, traditions, and memories.

Wayfair is known for being a one-stop shop for outdoor products, bedding and bath, rugs, home decor, lighting, kitchen products, baby items, and nearly everything else you could think of. Regardless of the product you're looking for, Wayfair will have a huge selection, helpful customer reviews, and unbeatable prices. They have over 37,000 results for Christmas ornaments alone. Their website provides a smooth buying experience to make it easy to find exactly what you want.
Vast selection
Since Wayfair has so many Christmas ornaments to choose from, it's a great place for people with all different styles to shop. You'll find big sets of color-coordinated decorative ball ornaments or individual ornaments with different themes like graduation, Thanksgiving, Valentine's Day, anniversary, wedding, new baby, and more. It's safe to say that no other retailers can compete with the inventory and prices that Wayfair offers.
Find Christmas ornaments within your budget
Since there is such a huge selection of Christmas ornaments at Wayfair, it's hard to narrow down the price range of all of them. You'll find individual ornaments for as little as $4 or spend up to $5,000 on specialty holiday figurine ornaments. Most ornaments are $30 or less. We noticed they have great prices on ornament sets, making this one of the least expensive places to buy multi-piece items. For example, you can get an 86-piece decorative ball set for $39.99, a 30-piece set for $23.99, and many other great deals.
Set your price and read the reviews
To shop for Christmas ornaments within your budget, you simply select the price range you want to stick to or view all the ornaments ranked from the lowest to highest prices. Most ornament listings have at least a few hundred or even thousands of reviews to give you an idea of how they look on someone's tree, the quality of the material, and how long they took to arrive.
30-day return policy
If you spend $35 or more on Christmas ornaments or other products from Wayfair, you will get free shipping. In the event that you receive your items and are unhappy with the quality or appearance, you have 30 days to send them back for a full refund or store credit.
Some shipping delays
Over the last couple of years, Wayfair has worked their way up to an "A+" rating from the Better Business Bureau. As with most other retailers, the company still has a significant number of negative customer reviews. However, they are primarily over scheduled delivery issues with big items like bed frames, couches, trampolines, or dining sets. Some other customers have also complained that items don't arrive when they expect them to and are often a few days late. Communication from customer service to rectify these issues doesn't seem like it has been satisfactory to buyers, so this is definitely an area of weakness for the company.
Fun place to look for Christmas ornaments
When it comes to Christmas ornament inventory, you can't help but want to shop at Wayfair. You'll have a hard time finding any other retailer that carries as many Christmas ornaments as they do. There's a good chance you can find all the Christmas ornaments you need at Wayfair without having to look anywhere else. You might end up buying all the rest of your Christmas decorations here too! Despite some negative customer reviews, Wayfair is a reliable and enjoyable place to shop online, so they've earned our highest ranking among Christmas ornament stores.
Ornament Shop has been selling ornaments and Christmas decorations since 1982. They specialize in selling personalized ornaments and are the largest online retailer in that niche. Their selection includes thousands of ornaments that celebrate all people, hobbies, and events in life, so their inventory caters to anyone and everyone. In addition to selling ornaments, Ornament Shop provides free Christmas activities on their website like trivia, Christmas carols, poems, recipes, games, and more to help customers get into the Christmas spirit.
Ornaments for all occasions
You can find a Christmas ornament for nearly any occasion you can possibly think of from Ornament Shop. Their categories include family, baby, milestones, pets, jobs, travel, and food, just to name a few. If you are looking for an ornament that celebrates you getting new braces, they've got it. Love your Xbox and want to memorialize it with an ornament shaped like a mini controller? Done. Maybe you like your real estate agent and want to send him a Christmas ornament as a "thank you" for getting you into your new home. Regardless of the occasion, Ornament Shop has you covered.
Not for decorating your whole tree
It's easy to browse Ornament Shop's website since it appears to be frequently updated and has all the filter features you'd need to narrow down your selection like theme, collection, occasion, color, brand, and type. Most ornaments are priced from $9 to $30 each. This isn't a store where you'll be buying ornaments in bulk to decorate your whole tree, but rather buying one or two relevant and meaningful ornaments to give as gifts or add to your tree to remember an event.
Take advantage of promotions
At the time of this review, there were a few promotions going on at Ornament Shop. One seemingly ongoing deal is weekly, where the two buyers for Ornament Shop select their favorite ornaments and put them on sale for 50% off. There was also a limited time discount offering 15% off personalized ornaments if shoppers spent $65 or more. You'll always qualify for free shipping if you spend at least $65 at Ornament Shop.
100% satisfaction guarantee
All orders come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there is an issue with your order or names are misspelled (provided you spelled them correctly during the order process), they will replace your ornaments at no cost. No return policy is listed on the website, but since almost all ornaments here are customizable, we assume everything is final sale.
Low BBB rating, but extremely happy customers
Ornament Shop has a sad "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The BBB states that the reason for this is due to their failure to respond to four customer complaints about the business. We don't feel like this is enough customer feedback or reason not to recommend shopping at Ornament Shop. Taking customer reviews from other places online into consideration, we are happy to say that thousands of people enjoy buying from Ornament Shop. Many have shopped there religiously for years and claim nothing has ever disappointed them. The selection here is so fun and most everyone is bound to find an ornament that represents them or an event in their life, so we highly recommend giving Ornament Shop a look!
If you enjoy browsing unique products from small business owners, Etsy should be your go-to retailer. As an online marketplace that sells nearly everything you can imagine, much of it handmade, Etsy quickly grew and made a name for itself with a huge selection, easy transaction process, easy-to-use site, and the opportunity for people to support small businesses.
Staggering selection
With over 1,000,000 Christmas ornaments to choose from, Etsy makes it hard for any other retailer to compete. You can narrow down the huge selection by selecting special offers (like free shipping), how soon you want the items to ship, price, color, and item type. Once you filter the available Christmas ornaments, you'll still have nearly an endless amount to choose from. Many of them are customizable and you can add the year, names of family members, drawings of loved ones, a picture of your home, the shape of the state you live in, photos, anniversaries, and more.
Easily find highly rated products
The top hits for anything you search on Etsy are always trendy and highly rated. Don't be surprised if prices are slightly higher than what you might find elsewhere since you're dealing with small businesses and sellers who often hand make their products. Since Etsy takes a cut of their profits, sometimes this causes prices to be higher than they would be otherwise. When looking for Christmas ornaments, you'll first see sellers that have positive reviews from past customers and good feedback on their products. Shopping from these sellers gives you a higher likelihood that you'll be satisfied with your purchase and not have any issues. When you click on an item to explore it further, you'll see estimated delivery dates, the cost to ship to your zip code, a detailed description of the item, and the option to put in your customizations (if any).
Return policies vary by shop
Each seller on Etsy has their own policies, so it's important to read them before making a purchase. Most sellers don't allow returns or exchanges for customized items since they can't be resold. Personalized Christmas ornaments will probably be final sale. Non-customizable items usually come with anywhere from a 7- to 30-day return policy.
Work through the sellers
When you're shopping from Etsy, you aren't buying products directly from them. Etsy is a platform that allows sellers to list their products, set their prices, create return and exchange policies, and operate "independently" under Etsy's general guidelines. Etsy makes a profit from sellers on their site from each transaction rather than being in charge of and managing the transactions. So, if you have an issue with an item you buy, it's likely the fault of the seller, not Etsy. Instead of contacting Etsy to resolve the problem, you'll need to work with the seller first.
Negative feedback doesn't reflect on the company overall
If you read customer feedback about Etsy, you might be surprised that there appears to be more bad than good things said about the company. However if you dive deeper, you'll see that these are usually either from sellers who don't like all the rules they have to follow in order to run their shops, or from customers who are upset about an order they placed and don't fully realize they need to go to the seller to get it taken care of. Overall, Etsy is a great and reliable place to shop if you make sure to read reviews from customers on specific shop owners and the Christmas ornaments they sell.
Make your tree one-of-a-kind
Overall, Etsy is a fun place to shop for Christmas ornaments. Since many of their items are handmade and sold by small businesses, you might spend more than you would through another retailer and end up buying individual products rather than bulk ornament sets. However, since you can sort by price, you're sure to find options you like that will fit your budget. Buying Christmas ornaments through Etsy will ensure you find something high-quality and unique that will make a beautiful addition to your Christmas tree. Etsy has earned a high rating as a reliable online Christmas ornament shop.
Don't be deceived by Christmas Central's name. This company carries more than Christmas decor. You can find products for Easter, St. Patrick's Day, New Years, Mother's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, birthdays, and every celebration in between. As far as Christmas decor goes, Christmas Central sells artificial trees, lights, ornaments, wreaths and garlands, tree accessories, outdoor displays, and more. They've been featured by HGTV, Elle Decor, Better Homes and Gardens, Inc. 5000 and other notable businesses.
Huge variety of ornament categories
The amount of Christmas ornament categories from Christmas Central is truly impressive. If you want a beachy Christmas tree, casino-themed, fantasy, fashion and beauty, gingerbread, Irish-themed, nutcracker, Victorian, Western, or other style of Christmas tree ornament, you've come to the right place.
User-friendly website... mostly
Once you've chosen the type of ornaments you want, you can narrow down the selection by color, material, brand, light count, and size. Their selection of each category isn't overly impressive and we wish shoppers could view all the Christmas ornaments instead of having to shop by category. Otherwise the website is fairly user-friendly.
Price depends on quantity, style, and ornament type
The cost of ornaments range from $1.99 to $378 depending on the size, quantity, and style you choose. If you sign up for Christmas Central's newsletter, you won't only get updates on all new items and sales, but you'll also receive a code for 10% off your first order. In addition, when you spend over $77 at Christmas Central, your order will ship for free.
30 days for refunds or exchanges
Christmas Central realizes that sometimes you change your mind about merchandise and need to return it. They will allow for a store credit or refund on orders that are sent back within 30 days of receipt, or before December 25 (whichever comes first). If you choose to get a store credit instead of a refund, Christmas Central will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
Good option
The Better Business Bureau gives Christmas Central an "A+" rating and over a thousand customer reviews attest that Christmas Central is a satisfactory place to shop for Christmas decor online. People say they receive high quality products, shipping is fast, and items appear as described online. Although this isn't our favorite place to shop for Christmas ornaments, it is still a good option.
Target is the eighth-largest general merchandise retailer in the United States with over 1,900 brick-and-mortar stores throughout the US. They have nearly 50 brands unique to their company and employ more than 35,000 team members. Target is known for their addictive shopping experience and people often joke about doing a quick "Target run" where they end up buying much more than they came for. Target carries everything from home decor to seasonal products to food to clothes in the latest styles and trends.
Both normal and novel ornaments
There are over 5,200 Christmas ornament options on Target's website. You can sort them by price, color, brand, material, and type. The organization of the ornaments online is a bit random, so it will be best if you search for what you have in mind instead of browsing all available items. If you're looking for ornament sets that come in quantities of 30-50, you can shop exclusively for those. Some unique ornaments we found were Starbucks pumpkin spice lattes, everything bagels, lasagna, a mayonnaise jar, Bob Ross, and other silly Christmas tree decor. Aside from these funny ornaments, you'll find basic ornaments like stars, Santas, polar bears, and decorative glass balls.
Fast, easy delivery
Target makes shopping online almost too easy. They save your payment information to speed up checkout (for better or worse). If you spend $35 or more online your order will ship for free. Another option is to do a free in-store pickup or curbside delivery within 2 hours of placing an order. If you want your items delivered to your house but need them same-day, you can pay $9.99 for the service or get it free with an annual Target membership of $99. Regardless of how you go about getting your online order it will be a breeze!
Competitive prices and detailed descriptions
The prices for Christmas ornaments at Target range from $5.99 for a shatterproof Christmas ball to $290 for a snowflake finial ornament. The majority of ornaments are well under $100, so you won't have to worry about spending way too much on basic styles here. Product descriptions include delivery timeframes, details about the size of the ornament, and relevant information about how it could be displayed, where and how it was made, and more. Customers leave unfiltered reviews and photos of the ornaments they buy to help you with your purchasing decisions.
90- to 120-day return policy
Target has a generous 90-day policy allowing you to return most new, unused items for a full refund. If you shop with Target's RedCard, you'll get an additional 30 days to return your items, giving you up to four months to make up your mind about anything you buy here. The RedCard is Target's popular, exclusive credit card that gives an instant 5% discount on almost all purchases and free shipping with no annual fees. You can easily send your items back via mail or quickly return them to your nearest Target store.
Better ornaments elsewhere
Target has an "A+" rating from the Better Business Bureau. They are a well-liked store and provide a great shopping experience for customers. Despite being huge fans of the brand, we can't say that Target's Christmas ornament selection is better than their competitors. They have some fun novelty designs and good sets of 12 or more ornaments to help cover your whole tree. However, the ratings on many of the ornaments are lower than we'd like to see and the selection is so random that it's hard to take it all in. Target is a fantastic place to buy most things, but shopping at a higher-rated Christmas ornament retailer might yield better results for you.
Michaels is every craft lover's happy place. They are a privately-held chain with over 1,250 stores across the United States and Canada. This store is known for providing arts and crafts supplies, framing, floral, and wall decor for do-it-yourself decorators. They have new goodies on hand for every season, so regardless of when you shop online at Michaels you'll be able to find something fun to add to your home collection or create right away.
Good mix of ornament types
There are over 420 results for Christmas ornaments at Michaels. Compared to some other retailers, this doesn't seem like much. However, if you're looking for Christmas ornaments here, it probably isn't to find something unique that isn't sold anywhere else. Most people who buy them from Michaels want staple ornaments to match each other and add color to the tree. For example, you could get a pack of unfinished, wooden ornaments you can paint, color-coordinated plastic ball ornaments, jingle bell ornaments, or a mix of shatter-proof ornaments. It's a great way to have a crafting day with your friends, a youth group or preschool, or just on your own. No matter what you choose, the ornaments at Michaels will add a nice accent to your tree.
Home of the discounts
Michaels is well-known for their generous coupons. You can almost always find a 40% or 20% off of one item discount online and use it during checkout. At the time of this review they were offering 20% off of regular price purchases with an online coupon code found on their site. Teachers and military members always qualify for 15% off of their orders and senior citizens can get 10% off. During our most recent visit to their online store, Michaels was offering same-day delivery for $4.99 if you spent $49 or more online. You'll usually always get free shipping if you spend $49 or more, and you can always do free curbside pickup which is a good deal!
Price match guarantee
If you buy an item sold by Michaels and find it through another online retailer for a lower price after you've purchased it, then Michael's will match the price and beat it by 10%. In order to qualify, you'll need to contact customer service within 7 days of purchase for your price to be adjusted.
60 days for returns and no exchanges
If you need to return items from your Michaels order for any reason, you can either send them back in the mail or take them to your nearest store. As long as you have the receipt and it's within 60 days of purchase in a new, unused condition, you will qualify for a full refund. Michaels doesn't offer exchanges, so you'll need to do a complete return and buy any new items you want.
Good option for DIY ornaments
Michaels is better known for craft supplies of all kinds rather than specializing in selling Christmas ornaments. However, every year they have a new selection of pretty options that you could use to decorate your whole tree. They won't be more unique than anything you'll find in another store, but they are decently priced, especially if you are able to find an online coupon. If you want to make your own Christmas ornaments, Michaels is one of the best places to find the supplies. They have an "A+" rating from the Better Business Bureau and a long-standing, professional reputation throughout the US. Michaels is a good place to purchase staple or DIY Christmas ornaments.
Personalization Mall was started in 1997. They sell nearly anything you can think of and make it customizable. Some products include doormats, birthday decor, wedding gifts, stationary, drinkware, picture frames, home decor, Christmas ornaments and more. Some of their sister sites include 1-800 Flowers, Harry & David, The Popcorn Factory, Simply Chocolate, Wolferman's Bakery, and Shari's Berries. When navigating to the "About Us" page on Personalization Mall's website, we were redirected to 1-800-Flowers' website. Clearly their platform has issues and the sister companies are overlapping a little too much.
Overwhelming selection
Narrowing down ornaments at Personalization Mall isn't as straightforward as the shopping experience offered by some of their competitors. In one section of the website you can shop the options by categories like kids, pets, graduation, wedding, sports, photo, couples, memorials, and others. Another place lets you browse by material, or you can shop best-selling, 2-sided ornaments, baby ornaments, premium ornaments, and other categories. It's all a little jumbled, so it's hard to know exactly where to look first.
Lots of ornament sales
There are a few hundred ornaments found in each category, so there is definitely no shortage of options at Personalization Mall. You can find customizable ornaments anywhere from $5 to $40 which isn't too outrageous, especially considering you're able to add text and photos to most of the products. Many of the ornaments were on sale for up to 70% off: you are definitely able to score some deals if you're shopping at the right time.
As purchases go up, so does shipping
The cost to ship your ornaments will depend on how much money you spend. Unlike some sites, Personalization Mall charges more for delivery as you order more items. If you spend up to $8.99, you'll pay $6.99 for economy shipping. If you spend between $9 and $11.99, shipping is $7.49. Spending between $12 and $15.99 means shipping is $7.99, and so on. Standard shipping, expedited, rush, or Saturday delivery shipping are even more expensive. This is definitely not a cost-effective place to buy a single Christmas ornament!
Manufacturing guarantee
If there are issues with spelling or details on an ornament you order that don't match what you provided the company, they will replace it or take it back for a full refund. These returns need to be made within 30 days. Outside of manufacturing defects, Personalization Mall does not offer returns on any customized items.
Product reviews
Thankfully customers can leave reviews about the products on Personalization Mall to give you a good idea of whether or not the product actually appears as it does on the website, if the colors are accurate, and how the quality is. Some ornaments have no reviews, while others have hundreds. This is a great way to ensure that you buy something you'll be happy with long-term.
Good, not great
Customer feedback about experiences at Personalization Mall is mixed. Despite their "A-" rating from the Better Business Bureau, it seems this company has issues with consistently providing high quality products. Customer service is difficult to deal with sometimes and often orders don't arrive when they are promised. However, some people get lucky and have a great experience here. Many people recommend them and say they are reliable and have a fantastic selection that arrives exactly as described. Overall, it's nice to have an affordable place to turn for customizable ornaments and any other product you want personalized. Personalization Mall could be better, but it's not a terrible place to shop.
If you're looking for modern Christmas ornaments, West Elm will provide you with the most trendy and chic options. 95% of their products are designed in-house, so you won't find run-of-the-mill Christmas ornaments here. The company prides itself on sustainability and sells many organic, nontoxic, and sustainably-sourced products. Some of their sister stores include Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, Rejuvenation, and Mark & Graham.
Beautiful, but small selection
The Christmas ornaments at West Elm are beautiful. If you want your tree to have the "wow" factor and look elegant and classy, West Elm can do the job. Unfortunately, their selection is slim, so you don't have many options. In total, there are less than 100 results for Christmas ornaments. This includes other products like Christmas ornament holders and tree topper holders.
Pricey products and shipping
West Elm is known for being spendy. Some individual ornaments cost as little as $12, but most come in sets of 3, 4, or 9 and you might need to buy multiple sets to spread the design evenly around the tree. One set of 3 alone is as much as $25-$40, so by the time you get enough for your tree, you'll easily spend $100 or more. No matter how much you spend at West Elm, shipping is not free. Shipping costs are calculated based on how far you live from a warehouse and how much is in your overall order - and you won't know how much the delivery fee will be until you're ready to check out.
30-day return policy
Most items are eligible for returns to West Elm within 30 days of purchase. You can either mail your return back (you'll be responsible for shipping costs) or deliver it to one of their brick-and-mortar stores. As long as you have a receipt and keep the ornaments in their original packaging and new condition, you can initiate a return and get a refund.
Poor customer service
One of our biggest issues with West Elm is their customer reviews. Despite having an "A+" rating from the Better Business Bureau, their customer feedback is overwhelmingly negative. From reports of horrible customer service to lower-than-advertised product quality, long shipping delays, and a painful list of other problems, it seems that West Elm is not an easy retailer to deal with.
Can't justify a recommendation
We want to recommend West Elm's Christmas ornaments since they are so beautiful, but their selection is weak, prices are high, shipping costs aren't spelled out, and customer reviews are bad. Until they clean up their processes, West Elm is probably not the safest place to shop online. If there is an issue with your order or a delay with your delivery, it may be extremely difficult to work it out with their customer service team. We recommend shopping elsewhere for your Christmas ornaments.
The Christmas Sleigh will be an interesting place to shop mostly for people of German or Austrian heritage. In addition to Christmas ornaments, they have clothing, shadow boxes, nutcrackers, Christmas bells, CDs, advent calendars, candles, music boxes, nativity figurines, and more. Their selection also includes random things like incense smokers, beer steins, books, games, water ducks, and other German- and Austrian-style items.
Few details about company history
There isn't a lot of information about the history of The Christmas Sleigh. They are based out of Middleburg, Virginia and the owners make frequent trips to Germany, Austria, and Italy during the year to locate new items that are added daily to the website. The site itself could use some updating in order to keep up with the clean, easy-to-browse platforms of their competitors.
Many sold-out items in each category
There are 18 categories of Christmas ornaments to choose from on The Christmas Sleigh's website including limited edition, White House, Oktoberfest, Erzgebirge, Christian Steinbach, military, walnut shell, wax, and more. Many of the ornaments appear to be hand-made and are very beautiful and one-of-a-kind. They obviously carry a lot of history and meaning to the people of Germany and Austria. However, we also noticed that many ornaments are listed as out-of-stock, so our guess is that very few of each item are ever available.
No delivery information
You should expect to pay anywhere from $14 to $100 or so per ornament. The link for delivery information on their website is broken, so you'll have to add items to your cart and begin the checkout process to see how much shipping will cost. For us to ship a few small ornaments to our home (within the US) was $7, but it's possible that the cost would be higher for more items.
Lacking information on returns
We also were disappointed that there is no information for returns on The Christmas Sleigh's website. The return page takes you to a form to request an RMA number, but it doesn't specify how long after a purchase you have to do this or if you can get a full refund or just store credit. To stay on the safe side, we recommend initiating a return as soon as possible or at least within a 30-day window to ensure you're able to get a refund for any items you change your mind about.
Not the best shop for most
If you're German or Austrian, you'll probably find some meaningful items from The Christmas Sleigh. They sell many unique decorations to celebrate your culture during the holiday season! However, The Christmas Sleigh probably won't provide a big enough selection for decorating your tree if you don't connect with the items sold here. The Better Business Bureau gives The Christmas Sleigh an "A+" rating, but there aren't many customer reviews. This online retailer is not going to cater to everyone, so for the purpose of a broad audience shopping for Christmas ornaments, The Christmas Sleigh has earned a lower-than-average rating.
Pier 1 Imports was established in 1962. They sell indoor and outdoor furniture, candles, pillows, dining furniture, light fixtures, curtains, rugs, home decor, seasonal products, and everything in between. The company has experienced a rough go the last few years and is closing the majority of their brick-and-mortar stores after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 2020. Their partner brands include Farmerscart, RadioShack, MentorBox, SteinMart, Dress Barn, and other recognizable brands.
Odd selection
To put it frankly, the Christmas ornaments at Pier 1 are a little weird. The first ornaments we found were of dragons, skulls, elephants, octopi, and llamas with Santa hats. This wasn't exactly what we expected when looking for items that are supposed to spread holiday cheer and usher in the spirit of Christmas. Mixed in with the Christmas ornaments is a selection of table decor, tree collars, and Christmas trees. In total there were barely over 60 ornaments to choose from. Our guess is that they aren't restocking any items, so they are trying to clear out the remainder of whatever they have left, hence the odd selection.
All ornaments on sale
Since Pier 1 is ostensibly clearing out their selection of ornaments, they are all on sale. All of them started at $29.95 and were marked down to $19. Even the sale price seems too expensive for many of the items, so you won't be scoring any sweet deals there.
No refunds, just store credit
If you are unhappy with the Christmas ornaments you buy from Pier 1 and need to return them, you're out of luck - kind of. You can pay the return shipping to send your ornaments back, but rather than getting a refund, you'll only get a store credit. You have 30 days to change your mind about the ornaments in order to qualify for the store credit and everything must be in its original condition and packaging.
Free shipping on orders of $99+
If you want to subscribe to their email list and stay updated with alerts and discounts, Pier 1 will give you $15 off your next order. In addition, you qualify for free shipping if you spend $99 or more. Any orders of less than $35 incur a $4.95 shipping fee, $35.01 - $50 costs $6.95 to ship, and purchases of $50.01 - $99 cost $9.95 to ship.
Not worth your time
The Better Business Bureau only gives Pier 1 a "C" rating. Going off customer reviews alone, things do not look good for Pier 1. The majority of responses from their customers about the buying experience include frequent complaints about seemingly non-existent customer service, low quality, issues with returns and refunds, and more. Sadly, it's rare to find a customer review that has good things to say about Pier 1. We are definitely leery of shopping online here, not to mention the fact that their selection is painfully dismal. Look elsewhere when shopping for Christmas ornaments.
