Your sessions will be recorded without a true opt-out option, your data isn't protected by standard medical privacy laws, and the platform's sneaky billing practices and hidden cancellation requirements make it feel more like a tech startup trying to lock you into subscriptions than a genuine mental health service. Most concerning is that your recorded sessions and personal information could be shared with third parties or law enforcement at their discretion. We give OurRitual a hard pass - there are much better and more trustworthy online therapy options available.
