On top of the 60-day worry-free warranty, all pet products come with a 90-day manufacturer's warranty against defects of material or workmanship.

Normally we'd heavily weigh this poor rating as a factor in our evaluation, but it doesn't seem like an accurate reflection of the company overall. Customer reviews of dog beds here are generally quite high and the company has a lot of good perks, so we wouldn't shy away from them based on their BBB rating alone.
Not a bad choice
Furhaven doesn't have the biggest selection of dog beds out there, but what they do have is reasonably-priced and functional enough. It's nice to get a warranty that covers damage as well as a general manufacturer's warranty, with the option for free 30-day returns. This isn't our top choice for dog beds, but it's not a bad one either, so Furhaven still earns an above-average ranking here.
