Unfortunately, too many customers are having trouble getting Diamondback to deliver on their promises: bikes arrive broken and buyers never get a refund or a repair, and that's just the beginning. May we suggest choosing a different place to shop for exercise bikes?

There's no question that Precor is a name you can trust to provide reliable home fitness equipment like exercise bikes and treadmills. The company offers more generous warranty coverage than many rivals, and you won't find many complaints about their equipment or their customer service.
