Shipping is free on orders over $69, but since our order was under this dollar amount, we paid $5.95 for standard shipping (14-21 days) and had the option to pay $24.95 for express shipping (7-14 days).

ABBE says they provide a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee on their eyeglasses and a 90-day warranty, but there are no specific details on either one. The link to their "Returns & Exchanges” page is broken, so we were left with some questions about how reliable these guarantees are.

This is something that's a red flag for us, because it's simply not realistic that everyone gives every product a perfect satisfaction rating for any company. It makes us believe that the reviews are either fake or ABBE only uses 5/5 star reviews to post on their site. ABBE has an "F” rating from the Better Business Bureau, which is as unimpressive as it gets. From third-party sites, ABBE gets a lot of high ratings, but we also found that they incentivize customers with credits toward glasses if they leave 5-star reviews. Overall, reviews are mixed, but we aren't sure of even the positive ones since they don't seem to be completely genuine.

Unfortunately, the reviews from customers that we found made all the hype that Eyeglasses put around themselves come crumbling down. People say that they waited a long time for their glasses to arrive, some said that frames and lenses were cheaply and incorrectly made, and more than once we saw the company referred to as a scam. Eyeglasses does not have ratings from customers on their website and despite their efforts to put themselves on a pedestal as far as quality goes, they aren't keeping their customers happy.
