The teachers who work for the company have many years of performing and teaching experience to help them cater to students of all skill levels. There is no refund policy or satisfaction guarantee and you aren't able to demo any of the material before signing up, which is disappointing. Customers have decent things to say about this course, but it comes up too short otherwise. Look through our higher-rated guitar lesson platforms instead.

The biggest issue with this company is that the course material is provided through CDs and DVDs. Their videos were clearly made a long time ago and it doesn't seem like any efforts have been made to modernize the company. Even though they have good pricing and an "A+” rating from the Better Business Bureau, Learn and Master isn't a resource for taking online guitar lessons.
