While we appreciate that the company donates a percentage of their products and returned items to individuals in need (you're not alone if you immediately went "ew" thinking of returns on this particular product), we would want to know more about that product guarantee before we decide to spend the money on this newer hemorrhoid option.

Dermatool has no listing on the BBB website. While its Advanced Hemorrhoidal Cream is a relatively new product, there are over 500 reviews across user platforms which have rated it 4.3 out of 5 stars. Customers are overwhelmingly happy, with over 400 of them giving the product 4 or 5 stars. They say it works fast to shrink their piles and gives almost immediate relief. Another mentioned it was "expensive but worth it." Negative experiences say other brands are cheaper and work better, it doesn't stay on the inflamed area, and it's difficult to get a refund.
