The website does not disclose how many capsules are in a bottle of Pure Sleep or what the dosage should be. Pure Sleep doesn't seem like your best bet for insomnia relief.

However, there is no ingredient list, so we are worried about the potential for toxic ingredients, low potencies, or lots of additives in Melatrol. The seller of Melatrol, BuyHealth, has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau and many customer complaints about duplicate credit card charges, extremely slow shipping speeds, and other seemingly fraudulent activities. We are unimpressed with Melatrol and have given it our lowest rating.
