Rapid Repair is not a company that keeps up with new technologies. They do not provide mail-in repair services or do-it-yourself parts for any iPhones newer than the iPhone 6 Plus. Older generations of iPhones are available for repairs and parts, but for newer phones, customers will need to get their repairs done elsewhere. Rapid Repair has a confusing website that doesn't clearly lay out the mail-in process or pricing.
