Just 1,000 options, all in sterling silver
There are just under 1,000 items to consider when you shop at Silpada. When you sort their selections by price, the first few entries are earrings backs (and it's nice to know those are available if you need some "spare parts”!). You'll also find some $10 endless cycle hoop earrings for $10 and some basic ball studs for $15, among others. On the other end of the spectrum, we didn't see anything for more than $450. Silpada's One and Only chain necklace, priced at $425, was particularly popular (with nothing lower than a 5-star rating from customers), and the bangle and cuff bracelets in the $275 range were especially eye-catching.
Hundreds of reviews on many bestsellers
Silpada also shows you what their bestsellers are, and this jewelry store's most popular item is the Karma ring. Affordably-priced at just $40, the ring has gotten over 650 5-star reviews. It comes in white, yellow, and rose colors, which you'll see in the many photos displaying the ring being worn.
Spend at least $50 to get free delivery
We're sad to say that Silpada no longer offers free shipping on all orders. Since our last review, they've modified their policy to require a minimum order of $50 to qualify for free ground delivery. Looks like you'll need to add one more cute anklet or pair of earrings to your cart, right?
Complimentary rewards program
However, you can still take advantage of Shine Rewards, Silpada's loyalty program. It's free to join and you'll get 50 points just for signing up. Every purchase gets you a point per dollar spent, reviews earn 10 points each, social media likes and follows get 15 points, and you'll receive a bonus of 100 points on your birthday. Refer a friend who makes a purchase, and they'll get $10 off their order and your rewards will be upped by the equivalent of $10 in points. Those points can be exchanged for discounts or free jewelry, you decide. Once you've spent $201 (we assume that's within a year, but Silpada doesn't elaborate), you'll unlock 1.25 points for every dollar spent and get access to exclusive sales. Spending $600 or more gets you 1.5 points per dollar and expedited customer service.
Generous return policy and warranty coverage
When it comes to returns, you've got 60 days to send back your Silpada jewelry as long as it's in the original condition. And, Silpada backs every piece in its inventory with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Free basic gift packaging
Buying jewelry as a gift? Everything here comes in a blue Silpada pouch that is then packaged in a gift box, all complimentary. If you'd like an upgraded look, you can opt for a gift wrap kit at checkout that comes with a bag, tissue paper, and gift card.

Although Silpada's rating with the Better Business Bureau has gone from an "A+” to "Not Rated” since our last evaluation, we're not concerned: there were no complaints filed against the jewelry store in the last three years, so we'll call that good. That's even easier to do when you look at the thousands and thousands of 5-star reviews from verified customers. Shoppers praise the unique jewelry designs, the quick shipping, excellent packaging, and attentive service received from Silpada reps.
