While we like the idea in theory, and we really appreciate how detailed Rocksbox lets you get with your style profile, numerous subscribers say that this company overpromises and underdelivers. People report getting jewelry that's in very used condition, feeling pressured to buy pieces they don't want to keep, and having a hard time canceling their subscription.
