While they are fully insured, The Junkluggers are serious about protecting your home and will use shoe covers and rolled carpets when they work. (We like this level of professionalism.) The team of two luggers is equipped with tools, shovels, brooms, rakes, a tarp, and a dolly to help them remove your junk.

Not enough reviews available

A franchised business, The Junkluggers don't have just one BBB profile or ranking. The various locations we viewed ranged from "A+" to "F" ratings, so look up your location if you want to know before you contact the company. Across online review platforms, reviews for their services in general are sparse. The rankings are not typically good, with customers complaining about all of the added-on fees when the haulers arrived to provide an on-site estimate. Another complained that getting the charitable receipt was more follow-up work than expected. A few positive reviews mentioned receiving excellent service and being overall pleased with The Junkluggers. Most of the reviews are for specific franchises, which range from very positive and high rated locations (5 stars) to mediocre and deceptive (website quoting $850 for a truckload and then charging $1100 when they provided in-person estimate; another saying hers was doubled when in person).
