In order to find specific items, you have to click on the men's or women's tab and navigate from a separate window through masks or sticks. It's just a little clunky for a site that's otherwise highly competitive.

There are no gloves at all listed in their inventory, and women's gear doesn't include masks at all. So, for this review, we'll compare the pricing of just sticks (for both genders) and masks (for men only). Across both genders, there are 10+ pages of sticks for sale at Sport Stop with tons of options to choose from. The prices range from $49.99 to $269.99. For masks, there are 24 different items available with prices from $100 to $440.

Given how much even basic items cost for lacrosse gear, you can expect to get free shipping on almost any order that has a stick or mask in it. The lacrosse section is currently under the sports tab and since the links aren't oriented in alphabetical order, it can take some time to find the correct section of the site if you don't already know where to look.

Middle-range company for prices and inventory

To accurately compare prices at DICK'S Sporting Goods, we examined DICK'S offerings for three essential lacrosse products: complete sticks, masks, and gloves. DICK'S has 126 items in the sticks section of the website. The prices range from $39.99- $319.99. For masks, DICK'S has 12 different options. For a powerhouse store like DICK'S, we were surprised they didn't have more inventory for lacrosse. In general, the site is mid-range both in inventory and pricing.

There's even a selection that allows you to pick only items that are in stock while shopping. This is particularly useful, as during our research we found almost half of the items to be out of stock. Considering that the overall inventory at Universal Lacrosse was pretty low to begin with, this was a pretty disappointing find. We hope they will increase their inventory in the future.
