Short: Bellacor is a great place to shop for classy, beautiful light fixtures, home furnishings, furniture, or even just ideas for upgrading your spaces. They are a highly-rated company with great reviews from customers and an "A+” rating from the Better Business Bureau. The reason they haven't earned a higher rating from us is due to their small inventory of light bulbs. They only have 340 total, which is dismal compared to the thousands of options from other higher-rated stores. We like Bellacor, but it's not the best for light bulb replacements.

Lights Online has thousands of indoor and outdoor lighting solutions for customers. Where they really shine is through their customer reviews. They have an "A+” rating from the Better Business Bureau and nearly 100% positive feedback from buyers across the board. Unfortunately, they don't really sell light bulbs (except for 6 random types we found through their clearance section). If you just need light bulb replacements, Lights Online won't be a helpful place to look. The company overall is great though, so for any other lighting needs, we wouldn't hesitate to shop here.
