But those perks don't even come close to compensating for the problems that this limo service's customers have been reporting over the last few years: prepaid rides where the driver never shows up, trips canceled with no warning, aggressive chauffeurs, and horrible customer service, to name just a few. Top that off with a "D-” rating from the BBB and you'll understand why Carmel Limo doesn't even come close to earning our recommendation anymore.
