When you use All Points Limousine within its local service area, you can trust that they will adhere rigorously to their "Duty of Care” standards. But, of course, your travels may take you well outside of the Boston/New England area. So, how did All Points Limousine do with the booking we used as a comparison across limo services? We asked for options for a family of 5 flying into Orlando, needing transportation to a Disney resort, booking about a month in advance. All Points had no problem providing options for our request, though they were missing the traditional stretch limos that some rival services offered. Here's what we were given to choose from:

You'll have to click on the "Send Me a Quote” button to find out what your ride will cost you: there's no instant price quote available. It took a little over an hour to get the quote via email ($210 for the ride we described earlier; the price included the gratuity) and we were able to complete the booking directly through that email. When you're ready to book your limo ride, you'll provide All Points Limousine with your flight info (if applicable), the number of suitcases and carry-on bags (also if applicable), and then you can also indicate if you'd like to pay extra for the driver to meet-and-greet you inside.
You can safely ignore the technical glitches
Just as an aside, the quote image came with some really off-kilter numbers (in the Cost Breakdown section, it showed a total cost of over $4000 and a gratuity of nearly $700, even though the trip total was still the $210 we were shown previously). We think it was just a glitch, because the $210 price carried all the way through to the checkout page. Their customer service team responded to our "What is going on?.” email within an hour and confirmed that indeed, it was just an error and the final cost was just $210.
Plenty of praise from customers over the years
While we didn't find a Better Business Bureau listing for All Points Limousine (not something to worry about), we were able to read through the testimonials posted to the company's website and on sites like Yelp and others. While the occasional client has had an issue over the last decade (yes, we found reviews going back more than 10 years), most reviews enthusiastically praise the service, the drivers, and the vehicles.
