This woman-owned, family-owned company now has an entire fleet of vehicles serving the Dallas area, including sedans, SUVs, sprinter vans, mini-buses, and coach buses. They can also help customers with transportation needs in over 600 cities worldwide.
Exceptional service in the Dallas area
If you're booking ECS' local service, you can count on having professional chauffeurs that have been thoroughly vetted, including ongoing background and drug checks. The vehicles are all late-model with "all the modern amenities”. That may include USB charging ports and 110V outlets, leather seating, and even built-in coolers with chilled bottled water. Of course, ECS can't guarantee that their partner services in other areas will have the same perks, but they work hard to ensure that any limo service they connect you with will live up to their own high standards.
Online quote system doesn't work well
However, the online booking process here could use some work. When we went to get a quote for our fictitious travel group flying into Orlando (MCO) and needing transportation to a WDW resort, the ECS quoting tool only gave two options: SUV and Executive Sprinter Van, and it said that the "rate will be sent upon confirming availability”. We were then asked to enter credit card info for a booking with $0.00 as the estimated price, but we were never given an actual quote. Then, we tried using the "Contact Us” form and the first time we got an error message; we had to enter everything a second time (which fortunately went through) and then wait for an email response.
Higher-than-average prices
Points to ECS: that response came within minutes, and was even CC'd to the head of the company. We were able to submit our travel party's details and get a quote via email a few hours later: the all-inclusive rate, which covers tolls and gratuity, was $282 for an SUV, and $352 for a sprinter. That was one of the highest quotes we received, unfortunately.

In terms of reputation, ECS doesn't have thousands of reviews, but the ones we could find were almost always 5 stars. Those came from locals using the bus service for school field trips and leaving compliments via Yelp, from couples using ECS to book with partner companies all over the world and saying that they've all been high-quality limo services, and a 4.2-star average on Google spanning more than 60 reviews.
Worth paying extra for a good reputation
While we can't give ECS Transportation Group our highest rating because of the challenges we encountered getting a quote, this is still a limo service a worthy option. Customer feedback is very positive overall, we appreciated the responsiveness via email when the quote process broke down, and even though the quoted price was higher than we expected, it was still in the ballpark of what most rival services were charging. If you'd like working with a woman/family-owned business that will handle your limo needs personally, ECS Transportation Group is a good option.
