4 stage process
The process of obtaining a logo from 48 Hours Logo works in four stages. The first is that your project is posted and multiple designers can compete for your project. Next, you'll select your finalists for logo revisions. Then you'll decide on the winning logo and receive design source files. Lastly, you'll obtain the logo copyright document and confirm your project.
View open contests at any time
Designers can go to a list of "open" logo contests, read about the different companies that have requested logo creation services, see how much they are paying for the project, and view the amount of entries that have already been submitted. Depending on the package purchased by the customer, contests are open anywhere from 48 hours to 5 days.
Three logo creation packages
There are three packages you can choose from when it comes to requesting a logo design from 48 Hours Logo:
To post a logo contest request, you'll fill out the name you want in your logo, your industry, a description of your target audience, ideas you have in mind, the contest duration you want, and any upgrades you choose to highlight your contest request. It's a very simple process and allows you to get a wide range of logo ideas from designers of all different backgrounds and styles. You also have the option of purchasing premade logos from designers and customizing them to fit your company name and brand.
Refunds or re-listing available
If you're not happy with the logo submissions you receive at the end of your contest period, you can either re-list your project or request a refund. It costs $20 to re-list your project and it will go up on the site for another 48 hours. The other option is to get part of your money back. You'll receive a 60% refund if you are still in the open concept stage, 30% in the finalist revision stage, and if you are already through the winner stage, refunds are not an option.
