Delsey Paris has a long history dating back to 1946. They make a good variety of hard and soft-shelled suitcases, bags, and even have a cool collaboration with Jeep. You'll probably spend around $150 or so on any given suitcase here unless you get something small and basic. Customer ratings of Delsey Paris are average and they have an "F” rating from the Better Business Bureau, with some complaints about poor customer service and difficulties obtaining needed repairs. This company doesn't have a lot that sets them apart from their competition and they aren't performing as well as we'd like to see, so we recommend shopping elsewhere before you land here for luggage.
