All of that leads to a "just okay” rating for Irv's Luggage.

Macy's has a lot of unfiltered reviews from customers on their bags and suitcases, so refer to these when making a purchase. They have an "F” rating from the Better Business Bureau right now, so we wouldn't say that their customer service is top notch by any means. However, Macy's has been around a long time and is overall a trustworthy place to shop, so it's worth adding them to your list of stores to browse for luggage.
