They advertise that they carry over 100 of the top luggage, handbags and accessories brands. Some of these brands include Tumi, Rimowa, Samsonite and Travelpro.
Lack of search options
Luggage Online's website is extremely frustrating if you want to shop by organizing the products by price: either high to low or low to high, that is not an option. They do allow you to search a price range but it is difficult to navigate through it. Luggage Online does have search options for the style, materials and features though.
Wide price range
When looking at the price points, there is a wide range Luggage Online covers. The cheapest option is $29.99 for various sports teams' carry-on soft side wheeled duffle bags. This is one to check out if you are a sports fan as the price is low for official gear. The most expensive option is $935 and is a Bric's USA Luggage 21" spinner suitcase. The product page provides a long description about the luggage as well as the dimensions. Customer reviews on the selected luggage is available to check out. Luggage Online also offers product details such as if it is TSA approved, the weight, wheel type and handle type.

Luggage Online offers a 110% low price guarantee on online prices. They also have a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, they will refund you. Most of Luggage Online's items can be shipped internationally as well, and these shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Less than impressed customers
Customers' opinions of Luggage Online are less than impressed. One customer stated that they ordered a luggage item on sale and paid for the item. Luggage Online then informed them the sale was over and they could only offer 10% off instead of the advertised sale price, even though the customer had already paid the sale price. Multiple customers complained that the luggage they ordered was followed by an email stating that Luggage Online did not have it in stock and were unable to fulfill the order. There are also numerous complaints on the difficulty of getting refunded for items the company canceled.

We would suggest staying away from Luggage Online. Based on customer reviews they seem to be shady and not an honest company.
